Kmet (groin) is active Week 9 against Tennessee.

Kmet's absence from Thursday's practice ultimately won't affect his gameday status, as the tight end will suit up in his usual regular capacity behind Jimmy Graham. He hasn't been much of a fantasy factor this year outside of a touchdown caught Week 6 against Carolina, as he's gone without a catch in four of the eight games he's played.

Wesco (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game versus the Patriots, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Wesco's injury seemed to get worse as the week progressed, as he followed a LP/DNP/DNP practice course. The 2019 fourth-round pick contributes sparingly on offense, but the reps he does leave behind could go to veteran Daniel Brown.

Keene (knee) is questionable for Monday's game versus the Jets, Zack Cox of NESN.com reports.

Keene strung together three limited practices this week, offering a good chance for the rookie third-rounder to return to action for Monday's divisional tilt. It's noteworthy that he practiced with a knee brace, and he could utilize similar support. Top tight end Ryan Izzo (hamstring) is also considered questionable.

Keene (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice, Zack Cox of NESN.com reports.

Keene was spotted with a large brace on his left knee during Friday's practice. He's trending in the right direction after sitting out last week against the Bills, but there's a good chance that he's handed at least a questionable tag following Saturday's practice. The rookie third-rounder has played just one game this season, and Ryan Izzo (hamstring) is the only other tight end on the active roster.

Kmet (groin) is questionable for Sunday's game at Tennessee, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

The rookie second-round pick was added to the injury report Thursday as a nonparticipant, but he returned to practice Friday in a limited fashion. Demetrius Harris and J.P. Holtz would be in line for increased reps behind Jimmy Graham should Kmet be sidelined Sunday.

Alie-Cox (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

Alie-Cox logged limited participation in practices Wednesday and Friday and sat out Thursday's session entirely. Even if he plays this weekend, Alie-Cox could be at less than 100 percent health, and he'll be competing for snaps at tight end with Jack Doyle and Trey Burton.

Knox (calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Though Knox returned from reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday, he remained limited in back-to-back practices due to the calf injury that sidelined him back in Week 6. Given that Knox hasn't practiced fully since suffering the injury Oct. 13, the Bills may be hesitant to keep him active in Week 9. If Knox is ultimately sidelined or limited Sunday, Tyler Kroft would likely serve as the Bills' top tight end.

Vic Fangio said Friday that Vannett (foot) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons but is expected to be available, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Vannett suffered a foot bruise against the Chargers in Week 8, but it looks like he should be able to avoid missing any time. As long as he's able to suit up, Vannett will handle his usual depth role at tight end.

Knox (calf) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

Ten days after testing positive for COVID-19, Knox was cleared to rejoin the Bills for practice after he completed a quarantine period that included two consecutive negative test results. Though Knox no longer resides on the reserve/COVID-19 list, he's apparently still troubled by the calf injury that kept him sidelined for the Bills' Week 6 loss to the Chiefs. The tight end may need to upgrade to full participation in Friday's practice to avoid carrying a designation into Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Sternberger caught his lone target for a one-yard gain in Thursday's 34-17 win over the 49ers.

Sternberger's positive momentum hit a wall Thursday, as he and the rest of the Packers tight ends were afterthoughts in the Week 9 game plan. He did play at least 27 percent of the snaps for the fifth time in six games, but Sternberger hasn't been on the field for more than 37 percent of the plays in any game this season.
