Hill, who's slated to start Sunday's game against the Eagles, could also get the nod next weekend against Kansas City, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The report notes that the Saints are in no rush to bring back Drew Brees, who's bouncing back from 11 fractured ribs and a punctured lung. With that in mind, Schefter views Brees as "questionable at best" for Week 15 action, with Hill in line to fill in at QB for New Orleans as long as necessary. The team is 3-0 since Hill took over as the starter and his dual-threat ability has been an asset to fantasy managers in that span.

Smith (back), who is listed as questionable, is expected to play Sunday against the Buccaneers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The 22-year-old is expected to take the field after missing the past two games due to the back issue, but Schefter also indicated Smith could still be limited by the injury Sunday. Kyle Rudolph (foot) isn't expected to play, so even with Smith back, Minnesota will be missing one of its top tight ends. Tyler Conklin is the only other tight end on the active roster, though he has only four catches for 26 yards this season.

Wesco (ankle) was activated from injured reserve Saturday.

Wesco has resided on IR since suffering an ankle injury in Week 8 against the Chiefs. The second-year tight end should return to the lineup for Sunday's game against the Seahawks. He'll slot in as the No. 3 tight end behind Chris Herndon and Ryan Griffin.

Cager signed with the Jets on Saturday.

Cager played two games for the Jets earlier this season, catching two passes for 35 yards. With Denzel Mims (personal) ruled out this week and Jamison Crowder (calf) questionable, Cager will add necessary depth for Sunday's game versus the Seahawks.

The Saints elevated Johnson to the active roster Saturday.

Johnson is being called up for the fourth time this season. Over the previous three games, Johnson caught just one pass for a five-yard gain. He'll add depth in Sunday's matchup against the Eagles.

The Dolphins elevated Myarick to the active roster Saturday.

Myarick suited up for the Dolphins in Week 10 against the Chargers and played five snaps on offense. He'll simply add depth for Sunday's game against the Chiefs behind fellow tight ends Mike Gesicki, Durham Smythe and Adam Shaheen.

The Packers signed Dafney to the active roster Saturday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Dafney suited up for the Packers last week and logged 11 total snaps. With Jace Sternberger (concussion) set to miss Week 14, Dafney was brought up from the practice squad once again, this time with an official contract. He'll slot in as the No. 3 tight end behind Robert Tonyan and Marcedes Lewis. However, Dafney could reasonably see more pass-catching work than Lewis.

Fumagalli was promoted from the practice squad Saturday as he has maxed out his two game-day elevation, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.

Fumagalli has played in four consecutive games with the Broncos now and is officially part of the 53-man roster. The tight end has caught two of his six targets for 12 yards throughout his last four games. The 25-year-old will likely continue playing a minimal role as long as Noah Fant and Nick Vannett remain healthy.

Hooper (neck) is listed as questionable on the Browns' final injury report ahead of Monday's matchup with the Ravens, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

After practicing in full Thursday, Hooper was a non-participant Friday and added to the injury report with a neck issue as a result. He was once again absent from Saturday's practice and is now looking like a true game-time decision for Monday's game as a result. Should he ultimately have to sit out, Harrison Bryant would presumably be the next man up on the depth chart, but David Njoku could also see some extra work.

Lewis (knee) will play in Sunday's game against the Lions, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Lewis went through his typical routine of limited practice reps, and the veteran is good to go for the divisional bout. The 36-year-old contributes mostly as a blocker, but he could possibly see more work in the passing game with Jace Sternberger (concussion) ruled out.
