Dissly was ruled out of Sunday's game at Cleveland due to an Achilles injury, Michael-Shawn Dugar reports.

Targeted in the end zone early in the second quarter, Dissly experienced an awkward fall and immediately grabbed his left leg, per Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic, needing assistance to get to the sideline. Following confirmation of the injury, Luke Willson and Jacob Hollister are left as the only available tight ends for quarterback Russell Wilson.

Andrews (shoulder) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Andrews, who has been working through a foot issue of late, was also listed with a shoulder injury on the Ravens' Week 6 injury report. His active status Sunday is not surprising, however, given that he was able to practice fully Friday after missing Wednesday's session and being limited Thursday. With Marquise Brown (ankle) inactive, Andrews will continue to be counted on as a key weapon for QB Lamar Jackson. The tight end has logged between seven and nine targets in each of the team's five contests to date, which has yielded Andrews a 28/311/3 stat line in that span.

Manhertz (concussion) is active for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers in London.

Manhertz was a full participant in practice all week and apparently cleared the five-step concussion protocol at some point thereafter, allowing him to suit up overseas. He'll serve as Carolina's third tight end and should see most of his usage as a blocker.

Kittle (groin), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, is expected to play but there's some concern about whether he'll be able to finish the contest, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Kittle was added to the injury report Friday with a groin issue and he may be a true game-time decision. Fantasy managers will want to check his status closely before Sunday's 4:05 p.m. EDT kickoff as a result. Even if he suits up, Kittle may not make for an optimal lineup option in DFS contests, given the concern that his snap count could be more limited than usual.

Henry (knee), who is listed as questionable on the official injury report, is expected to play Sunday night against Pittsburgh, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Henry was able to fully practice Friday, so it looks like he will return after missing four games. However, the Chargers' late kickoff presents some risk for fantasy owners, as his status may not be known until 90 minutes before the 8:20 p.m. EDT kickoff. Even if does return, Henry -- who suffered a tibia plateau fracture to his left knee in Week 1 -- could be eased into action with a reduced workload.

Tonyan (hip) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Lions, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Tonyan missed his third straight practice Saturday, so it's not surprising that he's unable to go. The Packers will roll out just two healthy tight ends -- Jimmy Graham and Marcedes Lewis -- in this contest.

Lewis (heel) won't carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Lions, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Although Lewis was a limited participant in practice all week, his injury won't keep him out of Monday's contest. With Robert Tonyan (hip) ruled out, Jimmy Graham and Lewis are the Packers' only two healthy tight ends.

Hockenson (concussion) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Packers.

Hockenson was able to practice without limitations both Friday and Saturday, but he'll still need to be cleared by an independent neurologist before he can play Monday. This may end up being a game-time call when the inactives are released 90 minutes before Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. If Hockenson's unable to go, Jesse James figures to be the Lions' No. 1 tight end.

Tonyan (hip) did not practice Saturday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

With Tonyan officially not practicing all week due to a hip injury he suffered in last week's game against the Cowboys, it looks like he'll remain on the sideline for Monday night's contest. This should be confirmed once the Packers release their final injury report of the week.

Hockenson (concussion) will practice Saturday, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.

This doesn't come as a surprise, as Hockenson was listed as a full participant on Friday's estimated injury report. This doesn't, however, mean that the tight end has cleared concussion protocol. Look for confirmation on that once the Lions release their final injury report of the week, but all signs are pointing toward Hockenson suiting up Monday night.
