Hooper caught both of his targets for 36 total yards during Sunday's 24-10 win over the Panthers.

Hooper helped tie up the game in the second quarter with a 32-yard reception, setting up a Matt Bryant field goal. It was an otherwise quiet outing for Hooper, who has just three games this season with fewer than three receptions, though two of them have come over the past two weeks. He'll have a chance to rebound in a big way in the season finale against a weak Tampa Bay pass defense against which Hooper collected nine catches for 71 yards and a touchdown in a Week 6 win.

Thomas was unable to haul in his lone target during Sunday's 24-12 loss to New England.

Thomas has caught just one of four targets since rookie Josh Allen returned to the starting job. The Virginia Tech product has been held to one or no catches in every game this season with the exception of Week 9's seven-catch explosion against Chicago in a game in which Nathan Peterman was under center. Though the season ends with a matchup against a bottom-10 Miami pass defense, odds are that there won't be enough opportunities for Thomas for him to make a difference.

Engram caught all six of his targets for 87 yards and added 26 yards on two carries during Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Colts.

Engram helped give the Giants a third-quarter lead when he laid out for a 32-yard grab, setting up an Eli Manning touchdown run. The second-year tight end has now topped 65 yards in four consecutive games after just one such performance in his first six games of the season. Look for that kind of production to continue, especially if Odell Beckham Jr. (quadriceps) misses the finale against a Cowboys team that surrendered seven catches to Engram in Week 2.

Everett brought in five of six targets for 28 yards and rushed twice for 16 yards in the Rams' 31-9 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.

Everett continues to progressively carve out a larger role in the offense, as he now has 14 receptions (on 20 targets) for 103 yards to go along with Sunday's two carries over the last three games. The 24-year-old's bump in usage has largely come in the absence of Cooper Kupp (knee), and all signs is that it will continue into Week 17 against the 49ers and through the coming postseason.

Kittle caught seven passes for 74 yards in the 49ers' Week 16 loss to the Bears.

With the 49ers trailing for much of the second half, they were forced to throw the ball frequently, resulting in Kittle leading the team with 12 targets. His performance could've been better, but when he was open for a potential touchdown in the end zone, a defender grabbed his arm, keeping him from securing the pass. Despite a number of difficult matchups, he's only been held to fewer than 50 yards once over his last nine games.

Njoku caught three of four targets, compiling 73 receiving yards during Sunday's 26-18 win against the Bengals.

The 6-foot-4 tight tight end exploded for a season-high 73 receiving yards against Cincinnati, also collecting his fourth touchdown of 2018 as the Browns picked up a third straight victory. (Two of his four scores this year have come against the Bengals.) He's been a boom-bust play yardage-wise over the latter half of the season, exceeding 30 receiving yards in five of his past eight appearances, but averaging 8.7 yards per game in the other three outings during that span. Njoku carries a streak of five straight games with three or more catches, as the Browns travel to take on a Baltimore defense that's allowed the sixth-most tight end receptions this year (79).

Graham caught three of four targets for 34 yards in Sunday's 44-38 overtime win over the Jets.

Graham accounted for just 34 of Aaron Rodgers' 442 passing yards. He was also the intended receiver on a two-point conversion attempt that would have turned into two points for the Jets on an interception return if not for a defensive penalty nullifying the whole play. The veteran tight end has been robbed of his bounce by injuries and has just two touchdowns heading into a Week 17 clash with the Lions after scoring 10 for the Seahawks last season.

Smythe caught one of two targets during Sunday's 17-7 loss to the Jaguars.

Smythe led the Dolphins' tight ends in both targets and yards during the Week 16 loss. The rookie fourth-round pick has seen much of his usage as a blocker, but has looked solid as a pass-catcher when called upon. Though Smythe has not achieved fantasy relevance this season, he'll be an integral part of Miami's plans going forward.

Gesicki caught his only target for five yards during Sunday's 17-7 loss to the Jaguars.

Gesicki has now caught four passes across his last five games. The rookie second-round pick has showcased his potential as a red-zone threat on limited occasions this season but has yet to put together anything close to resembling a complete game. Gesicki is not worth fantasy attention outside of dynasty formats.

Thomas caught four of five targets for 48 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Falcons

Thomas got off to a promising start by capping off the opening drive of the game with a one-yard touchdowns catch, which was the first of his career. He also finished third on the team in receiving yardage while posting his second-best total of the season in that category, though his contribution was still rather modest. Thomas appears to already have a rapport with Taylor Heinicke, but he's far from a lock to put on a repeat performance in next Sunday's season finale against the Saints.
