  • Bills' Reggie Gilliam: Starts week limited

Gilliam (ankle) was limited during Tuesday's walkthrough practice.

Gilliam was unable to practice last week and missed the team's Week 14 win over the Jets. His ability to participate in limited fashion Tuesday is a step in the right direction for the 25-year-old. He'll continue to work to be ready for Saturday's game with the Dolphins as the week progresses.

  • David Njoku TE | LAC

Browns' David Njoku: Estimated as limited participant

The Browns listed Njoku (knee) as a limited participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

Cleveland won't get back on the practice field until Wednesday, but because the team plays on Saturday in Week 15, the team had to issue its first official practice report Tuesday. Njoku may have his reps capped when the Browns actually return to the field Wednesday, but assuming he didn't suffer any setbacks with his knee during this past Sunday's loss to the Bengals, the tight end should be good to go this weekend versus the Ravens. Njoku has demonstrated an early rapport with Deshaun Watson, compiling 12 receptions for 88 yards and two touchdowns on 16 targets since the quarterback debuted two games ago.

  • Gerald Everett TE | CHI

Chargers' Gerald Everett: Piles up targets

Everett caught five of his eight targets for 28 yards in the 23-17 win Sunday over the Dolphins.

Everett was primarily used for short-yardage dump-offs with the likes of Mike Williams and Keenan Allen stretching the field. It's encouraging to see the tight end still rack up the targets despite the return of Williams, but it's hard to imagine Everett really emerging as an obvious fantasy asset with an average depth of target under eight yards in three of the past five weeks.

  • Pat Freiermuth TE | PIT

Steelers' Pat Freiermuth: Managing foot issue

Freiermuth played through a foot injury in Sunday's 16-14 loss to the Ravens, Dale Lolley of the Steelers' official site reports.

The foot issue explains why Freiermuth played only 57 percent of the Steelers' offensive snaps in the loss, though the tight end at least came through for fantasy managers by producing three catches for 33 yards and a touchdown. The injury could be something that affects his practice participation in Week 15, but at this stage the Steelers seem to believe that he'll be available for Sunday's matchup with the Panthers.

  • Jonnu Smith TE | PIT

Patriots' Jonnu Smith: Records 28 snaps Monday

Smith logged 28 of a possible 59 snaps on offense in Monday's 27-13 win over the Cardinals.

Smith didn't catch a pass in the contest on two targets, and he was out-snapped 39 to 28 by fellow tight end Hunter Henry, who caught all three of his targets for 70 yards. In a continuing timeshare, Smith remains a hit or miss fantasy option as this Sunday's game against the Raiders approaches.

  • Noah Gray TE | KC

Chiefs' Noah Gray: Nabs three passes versus Denver

Gray reeled in all three targets for 45 yards during Sunday's 34-28 win against the Broncos.

Gray has played a fair amount over the last four weeks, logging snap shares near or above 60 percent. He matched a season-high total for both yards and receptions Sunday, which speaks to where he is currently as a fantasy tight end. Gray doesn't fit on many rosters at this point but could be worth a stash in some dynasty formats as the potential heir at the tight end position in Kansas City once Travis Kelce hangs up the cleats.

  • Nikola Kalinic TE | CHI

Colts' Nikola Kalinic: Joins active roster

The Colts signed Kalinic to the active roster from the practice squad Tuesday.

Indianapolis waived Keke Coutee to make room for Kalinic on the 53-man roster. The tight end appeared in three games with the Colts this season, Weeks 10-12, but he hasn't yet been targeted.

  • Cade Otton TE | TB

Buccaneers' Cade Otton: Four catches in loss

Otton brought in four of five targets for 28 yards in the Buccaneers' 35-7 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.

Otton once again logged a solid target tally despite the return of Cameron Brate from a one-game absence due to an illness. However, it was a quiet day for the Buccaneers passing game overall against the 49ers' suffocating defense, one where no pass catcher recorded more than 54 yards (Chris Godwin). Otton has 10 receptions overall in the last two games, giving him a solid floor heading into a Week 15 home matchup against the Bengals.

  • Trey McBride TE | ARI

Cardinals' Trey McBride: Totals three catches Monday

McBride recorded three catches (on six targets) for 28 yards during Monday's 27-13 loss to the Patriots.

After notching three receptions total (all in Week 4) in the first eight appearances of his career, the 2022 second-round pick now has at least one catch in four consecutive games. His boost in usage coincided with Zach Ertz's season-ending injury to his left knee, and McBride has responded with a cumulative 9-50-0 line on 14 targets during the aforementioned span. McBride may be forced to work with backup quarterback Colt McCoy for the rest of the campaign after Kyler Murray left Monday's outing early due to a knee injury of his own, so while the snaps will be there for the rookie tight end to take advantage of, the play under center may not be consistent enough for him to produce.

  • Hunter Henry TE | NE

Patriots' Hunter Henry: Receiving yardage leader Monday

Henry secured all three targets for 70 yards in the Patriots' 27-13 win over the Cardinals on Monday night.

Henry paced the Patriots in receiving yards, a tally he largely built on a game-long 39-yard grab. The veteran tight end's yardage total was also a season high, and he's now recorded at least 50 receiving yards in three of the last five games. Henry will aim to continue his upward trajectory in a favorable Week 15 road matchup against the Raiders.
