Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said Smith-Schuster's hamstring tightened up during Saturday's practice, which caused the wideout to be limited, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports. Smith-Schuster is officially listed as questionable for Monday's matchup against the Raiders.

Smith-Schuster was previously listed on the injury report as a full participant due to a quad injury. Reid seemed optimistic about the wideout's availability and said, "I think he'll be fine." Through his first four games with Kansas City, Smith-Schuster has caught 19 passes for 224 yards, both good for second on the team behind Travis Kelce.

Isabella has not been signed by the Ravens and remains a free agent ahead of Week 5, Howard Balzer of SI.com reports.

With Rashod Bateman's (ankle) status for Week 5 unclear, it was reported that the Ravens were in line to sign Isabella to their practice squad, but it appears that deal was never completed. The extent of the situation remains unclear, but the 2019 second-round pick, who was recently waived by the Cardinals, remains a free agent. Isabella caught 33 of 53 targets for 447 yards and three touchdowns across 39 appearances for Arizona.

The Saints elevated Kirkwood on Saturday from their practice squad to their active roster for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Kirkwood signed a practice squad deal with the Saints at the end of September and will get his first chance to make his season debut in Week 5. The 27-year-old wideout appeared in nine games for the Saints between 2018 and 2019, totaling 13 receptions for 209 yards and two scores across nine appearances.

Arizona signed Baccellia to its active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus Philadelphia.

The Cardinals had already used their three standard elevations on Baccellia, so they decided to officially promote him to their active roster ahead of Week 5. The 175-pound wideout has caught four of six targets for 25 yards through three games in 2022.

San Francisco activated Turner to its active roster Saturday for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

The move will mark Turner's third elevation and his second in as many weeks. The undrafted rookie out of Illinois has served primarily on special teams over his first two appearances and figures to garner a similar role in Week 5.

Tampa Bay activated Thompkins from its practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

With both Julio Jones (knee) and Russell Gage (knee) listed as questionable for Week 5 versus Atlanta, the Buccaneers decided it's possibly time for Thompkins to suit up for his first NFL game. The undrafted rookie out of Utah State probably won't see much work Sunday, barring another injury.

The Lions signed Alexander from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday.

Quintez Cephus (foot) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, and the team already ruled out DJ Chark (ankle) for Week 5, so Alexander will be signed to the active roster after being elevated for Week 4. Amon-Ra St. Brown and Josh Reynolds are also questionable for Sunday's matchup against New England, so Alexander may be in store for a hefty workload, through T.J. Hockenson figures to be the primary beneficiary of Detroit's depleted wideout corps.

Hodgins has been signed to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports.

The Bills are without Jake Kumerow and Jamison Crowder -- both depth receivers have ankle injuries -- so the team is bumping up Hodgins and Tanner Gentry ahead of Week 6 action. One of those players will serve as the fifth receiver in Sunday's contest, and both could be needed if No. 3 receiver Isaiah McKenzie isn't cleared from his concussion issue.

Tampa Bay elevated Geiger from its practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

This will be the third game this season Geiger is active for the Buccaneers and the last time he's eligible to be elevated from the practice squad before he would have to be signed to the team's active roster in order to suit up. The 24-year-old wideout has not registered a target in 2022, but he could feasibly see more work than usual with Julio Jones (knee) and Russell Gage (knee) both listed as questionable.

The Panthers elevated Wright on Saturday from their practice squad to their active roster for Sunday's matchup against the 49ers, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.

With Laviska Shenault (hamstring) ruled out, Wright will get his first opportunity to make his season debut in Week 5. It's unclear how big of an offensive role the undrafted rookie will garner, but he did secure 48 passes for 789 yards and 11 touchdowns during his final campaign at Utah State.
