Devon Williams WR | BAL
Ravens' Devon Williams: No show to camp
The Ravens placed Williams on the reserve/did not report list Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Williams was the only member of Baltimore's rookie class not to show up for the first day of training-camp workout. He signed with the team in the spring as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon and faces an uphill battle to make the Ravens' Week 1 roster.

Jaelon Darden WR | SEA
Buccaneers' Jaelon Darden: Aiming for Year 2 boost
Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said Darden has enjoyed a "great" offseason and is aiming to carve out a much bigger role on offense in his second season, Greg McKenna of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
The speedy wideout saw the overwhelming majority of his touches on special teams as a rookie, logging 501 return yards to only six receptions. With players with comparable speed and more experience such as Breshad Perriman and Cyril Grayson serving as competition, Darden will first and foremost have to compete for a roster spot outright in training camp. However, in addition to Bowles' praise, cornerback Carlton Davis has also noted how far along Darden has come while often working against him this offseason, and the young wideout was also a frequent target of Tom Brady during minicamp drills in June.

Isaiah Zuber WR | LV
Raiders' Isaiah Zuber: Signs with Vegas
Zuber signed with the Raiders on Tuesday.
Originally drafted by the Patriots in 2020, Zuber caught two balls for 29 yards as a rookie but spent the entire 2021 campaign as a member of the practice squad for the 49ers, Browns and Jets. The Mississippi State product will look now look to make an impression with a new organization in training camp.

Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Titans' Treylon Burks: Should be ready for training camp
Titans receiver coach Rob Moore believes that Burks -- who dealt with asthma and conditioning issues this offseason -- will be ready to go when training camp practices begin July 27, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Though Burks' on-field work with the Titans since being selected 18th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft has been limited, Davenport notes that the team did put the 6-foot-2, 225-pounder to work in the classroom in order to help him get the installation process down in anticipation of training camp. While it remains to be seen if Burks will practice fully from the get-go, if he can get up to speed with the playbook as the summer progresses and is able to move past his asthma/conditioning issues, the Arkansas product figures to be counted on heavily as a rookie, while working opposite veteran wideout Robert Woods, who's bouncing back from a knee injury. Targets are up for grabs this coming season, given that Tennessee traded last year's top pass catcher A.J. Brown -- who Burks has been compared to as a player -- to the Eagles during the draft.

Robbie Chosen WR | WAS
Panthers' Robbie Anderson: Now a target for Mayfield
Anderson could benefit from new quarterback Baker Mayfield's effectiveness on deep passes, Joseph Person of The Atlantic reports.
Anderson had mixed responses regarding Carolina's reported interest in Mayfield over the offseason, but with the Panthers acquiring the signal-caller recently, the pair will now actually work together. Although Mayfield will compete with Sam Darnold to be named the team's starter, Anderson should be a prominent target for both signal-callers. After merely 53 catches on 110 targets with Darnold last term, Anderson will hope to improve that connection while building a rapport with Mayfield as all parties strive to rebound from underwhelming 2021 campaigns.

Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Working to improve conditioning
Mooney struggled with fatigue at times last year, and he spent the offseason working to avoid a recurrence in 2022, Dan Pompei of The Athletic reports.
Even though Allen Robinson (now with the Rams) was often thought of as the Bears' lead receiver last year, it was Mooney who was the top pass catcher on the team for the majority of the season. From Week 8 on, he had six games with at least 60 yards with three of those resulting in over 120 yards. Firmly atop Chicago's wideout depth chart, Mooney -- who turns 25 in October -- will have a full training camp to continue to build chemistry with QB Justin Fields, on the heels of a 2021 campaign in which he recorded an 81/1,055/4 stat line (on 140 targets) in 17 games.
-
Jalen Tolbert WR | MIA
Cowboys' Jalen Tolbert: Could be Week 1 starter
Tolbert participated in workouts with Dak Prescott and other key members of the Cowboys offense earlier this month, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Top tight end Dalton Schultz was part of the group, as were CeeDee Lamb and Ezekiel Elliott. Tolbert also saw reps with the first-team offense at the end of minicamp, and with Michael Gallup not expected to be healthy for the beginning of the season, the third-round rookie could find himself in the starting lineup in Week 1, lining up either opposite Lamb on the outside or working out of the slot. An impressive performance in training camp would help solidify Tolbert's spot and convince the Cowboys they don't need to bring in additional veteran depth at wide receiver.

N'Keal Harry TE | SEA
Bears' N'Keal Harry: Heading to Chicago
Harry was traded to the Bears from the Patriots on Tuesday in exchange for a 2024 seventh-round draft pick, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Harry was selected by the Patriots in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, but he failed to carve out much of a role in New England's offense. The 24-year-old secured 57 of 103 targets for 598 yards and four touchdowns while rushing seven times for 49 yards over his three seasons in the league. The Bears are attempting to replace Allen Robinson, Damiere Byrd and Marquise Goodwin in their offense, so Harry should have a chance to compete for a significant role with his new team during training camp.

Kyle Philips WR | LV
Titans' Kyle Philips: Impressing with quickness
Philips impressed the Titans with his route running and short-area quickness during offseason practices, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Philips stands at only 5-foot-11 and 189 pounds, so he'll almost certainly be limited to reps in the slot throughout his career. However, the rookie showed some burst at the combine and has been able to carry that athleticism onto the practice field this offseason. Both Ryan Tannehill and receivers coach Rob Moore remarked about Philips' ability to run precise routes and his short-area quickness, while also acknowledging that he has a lot of work to do to prove he can be productive in the NFL. As a fifth-round pick, Philips will be fighting for a roster spot throughout training camp.

Mike Evans WR | SF
Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Not expecting Gronk return
Evans doesn't expect former teammate Rob Gronkowski to come out of retirement this year, Ari Alexander of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Evans said he'd like to see a Gronk return but thinks the big man is done for real this time. With the tight end gone and Bucs wideout Chris Godwin rehabbing from a late-season ACL tear, Evans has a good chance to see more targets than what he got in his first two years playing with Tom Brady (109 and 114). Of course, while the Brady era in Tampa has led to the two smallest target totals of Evans' career, it's also produced 13 and 14 touchdowns (or career highs in back-to-back seasons). There's upside for a top-five fantasy season among WRs if Evans can combine his pre-Brady volume with his Brady-era efficiency, though that's easier said than done when defenses are able to hone in on the 6-foot-5 wideout as Tampa's far-and-away top pass catcher. The Bucs hope Russell Gage, Cameron Brate and others will prove suitable as complementary weapons while Godwin gets up to speed.
