Deonte Harty WR | BAL
Saints' Deonte Harris: Gets second-round tender
The Saints are giving Harris a second-round tender, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
This all but assures the restricted free agent will stay with the Saints, as no team would give up a second-round pick for the right to sign him. Harris did have a career year in 2021 as the Saints' No. 3 receiver and return specialist, catching 36 of 59 targets for 570 yards and three touchdowns. Listed at 5-foot-6, 170 pounds, Harris likely will be the team's third or fourth receiver in 2022.

Christian Kirk WR | SF
Jaguars' Christian Kirk: Set to join Jaguars
Kirk and the Jaguars agreed Monday to a four-year contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Per Albert Breer of SI.com, Kirk's deal is worth up to $84 million in total, with $72 million in base salary and $3 million in performance-based incentives available for each year of the contract. Regardless of the exact structure of the pact, it's clear that the Jaguars prioritized adding a pass catcher like Kirk in free agency with an eye toward bolstering the supporting cast of second-year quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Kirk, who turned 25 this past November, is coming off a 2021 campaign in which he led the Cardinals in receiving yards (982), catches (77) and targets (103) while adding five touchdowns in 17 games.

Robert Foster WR | NYG
Giants' Robert Foster: Signs with Big Blue
Foster signed a contract with the Giants on Monday, Michael Eisen of the Giants' official website reports.
Foster, who played for new Giants head coach Brian Daboll at Alabama and with the Bills, didn't appear in a game during 2021, as he spent the majority of the season on the Cowboys' practice squad. As a rookie with Buffalo in 2018, Foster caught 27 of 44 targets for 541 yards and three touchdowns, but he was held under 100 yards in each of his following campaigns. It's unclear if he'll make the roster, but his familiarity with Daboll certainly doesn't hurt his chances.

Christian Kirk WR | SF
Jaguars' Christian Kirk: New target for Lawrence
Kirk is slated to sign with the Jaguars as an unrestricted free agent, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Jacksonville continues to make splashes in the free-agent market, but Kirk marks the first addition to the skill-position ranks. He'll join Marvin Jones and Laviska Shenault as the top wide receiver options for second-year quarterback Trevor Lawrence in 2022. Kirk is coming off his most productive season overall as a pro last year, hauling in 77 of 103 targets for 982 yards and five touchdowns in 17 games with the Cardinals.

Braxton Berrios WR | NYG
Jets' Braxton Berrios: Staying in New York
Berrios (quadriceps) is re-signing with the Jets on a two-year contract that includes $7 million guaranteed, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Initial reports have it as a two-year, $12 million deal for the 26-year-old slot receiver, following a strong finish to his third NFL season. Berrios missed Week 18 with a quad injury that's likely healed by now, but prior to that, he had a four-game stretch (Weeks 14-17) with 20 catches for 180 yards and a touchdown and five carries for 25 yards and another two scores. He even added a kick-return TD in that stretch, which helped him earn a spot as a return specialist on the All-Pro team. The new contract suggests Berrios will have a steady role on offense going forward, in addition to his strong work on special teams. It's also a hint the Jets don't plan to re-sign fellow slot receiver Jamison Crowder.

Davante Adams WR | LAR
Packers' Davante Adams: Tells team he won't play under tag
Adams has informed the Packers he won't play on the franchise tag, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
The Packers tagged Adams last week, as expected, keeping the star wideout under team control alongside QB Aaron Rodgers. The team has a difficult cap situation and apparently hasn't made much early progress in long-term discussions with Adams, but the two sides still have four months to reach an agreement before the July 15 extension deadline for franchise-tagged players.

Chris Moore WR | BAL
Texans' Chris Moore: Remaining in Houston
Moore signed a one-year, $1.2 million contract with the Texans on Sunday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Moore began the 2021 campaign on the Texans' practice squad and was elevated to the active roster for several games early in the season before landing a permanent roster spot in mid-October. He showed glimpses of potential, including his Week 5 performance against the Patriots in which he hauled in all five of his targets for 109 yards and a touchdown. The 28-year-old will presumably have to compete for a roster spot once again during training camp in 2022.

Michael Gallup WR | WAS
Cowboys' Michael Gallup: Stays in Big D on five-year deal
Gallup (knee) signed a five-year, $62.5 million contract extension with the Cowboys on Sunday.
Gallup had been trending toward a deal to remain with the Cowboys since early March, and he'll avoid free agency with a deal that will keep him in Dallas through the 2026 season. The 26-year-old sustained a clean ACL tear in early January, but there's hope that he'll be cleared for game action in time for the start of the regular season. Gallup appeared in nine games during the 2021 campaign and secured 35 of 62 targets for 445 yards and two touchdowns. Once he's fully healthy, he's in line to serve as the Cowboys' clear No. 2 receiver behind CeeDee Lamb after the team traded Amari Cooper to the Browns on Saturday.
-
Isaiah McKenzie WR | MIA
Bills' Isaiah McKenzie: Staying with Buffalo
McKenzie agreed to a two-year, $8 million contract extension with the Bills on Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
McKenzie was scheduled to hit free agency but instead will stick with the Bills after posting 20 catches for 178 yards and one touchdown to go along with nine carries for 47 yards and another score last season. The 26-year-old primarily worked as a return man and averaged 24.3 yards per kick return and 7.7 yards per punt return in 2021. Emmanuel Sanders is a pending free agent and Cole Beasley is seeking a trade, so McKenzie could be more involved in the offense next season depending on Buffalo's offseason additions at wide receiver.

Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC
Patriots' Jakobi Meyers: Receives second-round tender
The Patriots will utilize a second-round contract tender on Meyers as a restricted free agent Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Meyers led New England's pass catchers in receptions (83), targets (126) and receiving yards (866) to go along with two touchdowns last season, so it's not a major surprise to see the team using the second-round tender. The Patriots will be able to match any offer sheet issued by another team, or they can decline to match and receive a second-round pick.
