  • DeVante Parker WR | PHI

Dolphins' DeVante Parker: Could be game-time call Week 5

Parker (shoulder) is also dealing with soreness in his hamstring and may be a game-time decision Sunday against the Buccaneers, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.

Parker was limited at practice the past two days due to the shoulder injury, but he's now also dealing with a hamstring issue. It's unclear if the the 28-year-old will be able to practice in any capacity Friday, but even if he does take some reps, he's likely to take an injury designation into the weekend. The Dolphins are already shorthanded at wide receiver with Will Fuller (finger) landing on injured reserve this week, and Jaylen Waddle and Albert Wilson would likely be thrust into starting roles should Parker sit out the Week 5 contest.

  • Tee Higgins WR | CIN

Bengals' Tee Higgins: Going through practice Friday

Higgins (shoulder) is participating at Friday's practice, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Higgins was a limited participant at practices Wednesday and Thursday, and it's a good sign to see him on the field again Friday. The 22-year-old has missed the past two games with the shoulder injury but appears on track to return to action Sunday against the Packers, though it's unclear whether or not he'll avoid taking a questionable tag into the contest.

  • Penny Hart WR | ATL

Seahawks' Penny Hart: Snares both targets

Hart caught both of his targets for 19 yards in Thursday's 26-17 loss to the Rams.

With Dee Eskridge (concussion) on injured reserve, Hart operated as the No. 4 wide receiver in this primetime clash, logging 12 out of 65 offensive snaps. Eskridge will be out again in Week 6 against the Steelers, so Hart should maintain his spot in the pecking order.

  • Van Jefferson WR | WAS

Rams' Van Jefferson: Single catch in win

Jefferson played 39 of the Rams' 67 offensive snaps and caught one of four targets for 16 yards in Thursday's 26-17 win over Seattle.

Wit the Rams making a concerted effort to get fellow wide receiver Robert Woods (14 targets) more involved and Cooper Kupp (10 targets) receiving his usual steady volume, there weren't many looks left over for Jefferson. While there's no doubt Jefferson is firmly behind Woods and Kupp on the pecking order, the second-year player looks fiirmly positioned as the No. 3 receiver on the depth chart, as he's played more snaps than DeSean Jackson in every game this season. Still, Jackson's ability to stretch the field as a deep threat also cuts into Jefferson's fantasy upside. With all that in mind, expect more peaks and valleys from the 25-year-old Jefferson moving forward.

  • Nico Collins WR | HOU

Texans' Nico Collins: Not returning Week 6

Houston head coach David Culley said Wednesday that Collins (shoulder) is not expected to return from injured reserve when first eligible Week 6, Aaron Reiss of The Athletic reports.

Culley was unable to offer a timetable for Collins' return, but it's a safe bet the rookie wideout will have a sizable role when he's available again. Collins played 55.1 percent of the offensive snaps in Week 1, then recorded a 32-yard catch-and-run on the first drive of Week 2 before sustaining the shoulder injury.

  • Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: Five catches in loss

Lockett secured five of 10 targets for 57 yards in the Seahawks' 26-17 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.

Lockett logged a team-high number of targets but wasn't exactly efficient with them. The speedster was also the intended receiver on what essentially turned out to be a game-sealing interception thrown by Geno Smith, with Lockett getting slowed just a tad by contact as he crossed the field on his route. The 29-year-old has now posted a combined 13-112-0 line over his last three games after hitting the 100-yard mark and scoring three TDs in his first pair of contests, and he'll look to get back to that caliber of performance in a Week 6 road battle versus the Steelers.

  • Cooper Kupp WR | SEA

Rams' Cooper Kupp: Boosts yardage back up in win

Kupp brought in seven of 10 targets for 92 yards in the Rams' 26-17 win over the Seahawks on Thursday night. He also returned one kickoff for 12 yards.

Position mate Robert Woods stole the headlines with his 12-150 line on 14 targets, but Kupp was an excellent complementary option for Matthew Stafford on the night. The fifth-year wideout's yardage total was second behind Woods for the Rams in the game and represented a nice boost from the season-low 64 that Kupp compiled in the Week 4 loss to the Cardinals. Kupp will look to get back over the century mark for the third time this season when he tangles with the Giants secondary in a Week 6 road matchup a week from Sunday.

  • DK Metcalf WR | PIT

Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Scores twice in loss

Metcalf brought in all five targets for 98 yards and two touchdowns in the Seahawks' 26-17 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.

Metcalf was a bright spot on a relatively dismal night for the Seahawks' passing attack, posting a co-team-high number of catches while comfortably pacing Seattle in receiving yardage. Metcalf also rang up his fourth and fifth touchdown grabs of the campaign from 19 and 23 yards out in the first and fourth quarters, respectively, with the second score coming in conjunction with backup signal-caller Geno Smith. Metcalf fell just short of his second 100-yard game of the season, but with four touchdowns in his last three contests, fantasy mangers aren't complaining. The third-year wideout will look to keep up the momentum while working with either Russell Wilson (finger) or Smith in a Week 6 road matchup against the Steelers a week from Sunday.

  • Robert Woods WR | PIT

Rams' Robert Woods: Shines under primetime lights

Woods brought in 12 of 14 targets for 150 yards in the Rams' 26-17 win over the Seahawks on Thursday night.

The veteran wideout had been atypically quiet, by his standards, in the air attack over the first four games of the season, but Thursday became Woods' night to shine early and often. Woods was targeted once apiece on each of the Rams' first two drives and six times overall in the first half before seeing even more work over the final two quarters. While the 29-year-old didn't have a chance to cross the goal line, the performance was otherwise a banner one for fantasy purposes. Woods will take on the task of trying to put together a successful encore when the Rams face the Giants in Week 6 road battle a week from Sunday.

  • Jaguars' Laviska Shenault: Set for larger role

Offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell said Thursday that Shenault will take on a bigger role in the passing game with DJ Chark (ankle) slated to miss the rest of the season, John Shipley of SI.com reports.

Shenault delivered his best game of the year after Chark went down with the injury Week 4, catching six passes for a career-high 99 yards in the Jaguars' loss to the Bengals. The 23-year-old primarily operated in the short passing game for the first three games of the season, but he should be more involved downfield with Chark now sidelined. Shenault had a disappointing start to 2021 after entering the campaign as a fantasy sleeper candidate, but he now has a prime opportunity to turn things around.
