Dyami Brown WR | WAS
Football Team's Dyami Brown: Sustains knee injury
Brown won't return to Sunday's game in Atlanta due to a knee injury, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Prior to his departure, Brown hauled in one of two passes for 19 yards. The rookie third-rounder hasn't done much through four games, with a cumulative 5-51-0 receiving line on 13 targets and one carry for minus-4 yards. With Cam Sims (hamstring) also ruled out of this contest, Terry McLaurin, Curtis Samuel, Adam Humphries and DeAndre Carter are Washington's healthy and active wide receivers.
-
D'Wayne Eskridge WR | MIA
Seahawks' Dee Eskridge: Another absence Sunday
Eskridge (concussion) is listed as inactive Sunday at San Francisco.
Eskridge seems to be in limbo as he attempts to work his way through the concussion he suffered back in the season opener. He finally got on the practice field Thursday as a limited participant before logging no activity to wrap up Week 4 prep. It's unclear when Eskridge will get past his head injury, but Freddie Swain figures to handle the No. 3 WR role in the Seahawks offense behind starters DK Metcalf (foot) and Tyler Lockett (hip) for the foreseeable future.
-
Tyler Lockett WR | LV
Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: Will play Sunday
Lockett (hip) is active for Sunday's game at San Francisco.
Lockett came out of Week 3 at Minnesota with a hip injury, the result of a tackle at the end of a catch in which his leg was twisted. His participation in ensuing practices was all over the place -- limited Wednesday, none Thursday and every drill Friday -- as he entered the weekend with a cloud hanging over his availability. That final session appears to have set Lockett up to suit up versus a 49ers pass defense that has allowed a modest 8.0 YPT and three touchdowns to wide receivers this season.
-
Andy Isabella WR | SF
Cardinals' Andy Isabella: Healthy scratch for Week 4
Isabella (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams.
The 2019 second-rounder will be a healthy scratch for a second straight contest after Antoine Wesley returned from the reserve/COVID-19 list in Week 3. Isabella hasn't taken any offensive snaps to begin the season.
-
Amari Cooper WR | LV
Cowboys' Amari Cooper: Back in Sunday's game
Cooper (hamstring) returned to Sunday's game versus the Panthers, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Cooper missed the Cowboys' entire second possession after grabbing at his hamstring while running a route in the first quarter, but he's back in action as one of Dak Prescott's top options in the passing game.

Amari Cooper WR | LV
Cowboys' Amari Cooper: Hurts right hamstring
Cooper injured his right hamstring in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Panthers, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Cooper grabbed at his hamstring while running a route on the Cowboys' first possession and sat out the remainder of the drive. While he's questionable to return, the team will turn to a combination of Cedrick Wilson, Noah Brown and potentially Malik Turner to handle wide receiver reps opposite CeeDee Lamb.
-
Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Suiting up Sunday
Mooney (groin) is active for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Mooney has been dogged by the groin injury for both of the past two weeks, but it didn't stop him from playing 98 percent of the Bears' offensive snaps in the Week 3 loss to the Browns. The Justin Fields-led passing game struggled mightily in the rookie quarterback's first NFL start, and Mooney was no exception to that, as he finished Week 3 with one reception for nine yards on four targets. Fields will draw a much softer matchup in his second start this weekend, and with some better game planning from the Bears' coaching staff, Mooney could be in store for a bounce-back outing versus Detroit.
-
Daurice Fountain WR | DET
Chiefs' Daurice Fountain: Inactive for Week 4
Fountain (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Eagles, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.
Fountain signed a one-year contract with the Chiefs this offseason, but he has yet to be active for a game during the 2021 campaign. The 25-year-old appeared in five contests for the Colts last season and caught two of his three targets for 23 yards.
-
Jamison Crowder WR | WAS
Jets' Jamison Crowder: Ready for season debut
Crowder (groin) is active for Sunday's game against the Titans, Randy Lange of the Jets' official site reports.
Crowder will be making his 2021 debut Sunday after missing Week 1 due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols before sitting out the past two games due to the groin issue. The injury limited Crowder's activity in the Jets' first two practices of Week 4, but he upgraded to full participation Friday and should head into Sunday with few restrictions, if any. With Elijah Moore (concussion) and Jeff Smith (concussion) both ruled out for Sunday's contest, Crowder could immediately emerge as a top target out of the slot for rookie quarterback Zach Wilson.

Tyler Lockett WR | LV
Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: Optimism for Sunday
Lockett (hip) is listed as questionable but is expected to play in Sunday's game against the 49ers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Lockett's participation in practice fluctuated throughout the week, though his full participation Friday seemingly puts him in a good position for Sunday's contest. Schefter's report echoes head coach Pete Carroll's optimism regarding Lockett's status, but the final word will come approximately 90 minutes before the 4:05 p.m. kickoff, when Seattle releases its inactive list. The 49ers are likely to be without several key players in their secondary, so Lockett could be in a good position to produce if he suits up and proves healthy.
