  • Greg Dortch WR | BUF

Greg Dortch: Let go by Atlanta

Dortch was cut by the Falcons on Thursday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Dortch played two games for the Panthers in 2019. He returned four punts and five kicks but didn't catch a pass. He spent time in the Rams' and Falcons' organizations last season but never made the active roster.

  • Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE

Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Sparkles in return to practice

Jeudy (illness) stood out at practice Wednesday in his return from a one-day absence, Taylor Brooks of Fox 31 Denver reports.

Jeudy sat out practice Tuesday due to a stomach bug, but he displayed no ill effects when he returned to the field Wednesday. While Denver has yet to name a starting quarterback heading into Week 1, Jeudy and Courtland Sutton (knee) should give either Drew Lock or Teddy Bridgewater a dangerous wideout duo to work with.

  • N'Keal Harry TE | SEA

    Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Practices Wednesday

Harry (calf) return to practice Wednesday, Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.

Harry, who appeared to tweak his right calf Tuesday, was back on the field Wednesday with no protective wrap on his lower leg. The 2019 first-round pick will now strive to maintain the momentum he had recently been building at OTAs and minicamp workouts. At this stage, he's probably behind Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne and Jakobi Meyers in the Patriots' wideout pecking order, but Harry's size (6-foot-4, 225 pounds) and ability to make contested catches give him a degree of red-zone upside.

  • Rashod Bateman WR | BAL

Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Misses practice with stomach bug

Bateman didn't take part in the Ravens' minicamp practice Wednesday due to a stomach illness, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Bateman apparently fell ill overnight, prompting the Ravens to hold him out of Wednesday's workout. The rookie first-round pick should make a full recovery within a few days and is expected to enter training camp next month without any restrictions. He'll be a candidate to claim a regular role in three-receiver sets alongside Marquise Brown and offseason pickup Sammy Watkins.

  • Seahawks' D'Wayne Eskridge: Dealing with toe injury

Eskridge is limited at mandatory minicamp this week while managing a toe injury, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

The rookie second-round pick has been able to catch passes while jogging, so he's still been able to work out in at least a small capacity. Eskridge will have more than a month to get healthy before the start of training camp in late July.

  • Elijah Moore WR | PHI

Jets' Elijah Moore: Impressing in practice

Moore has drawn rave reviews from coach Robert Saleh and has been the star of the Jets' offseason practices, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Saleh described both Moore's work ethic and mindset as "off the charts." The 34th overall selection in this year's draft played predominantly in the slot in college but has been lining up both in the slot and on the outside in practice. Moore's outstanding route running ability and speed, coupled with the intangibles Saleh praised, have allowed him to excel despite his slight 5-10, 178-pound frame. Moore appears poised to join DK Metcalf and A.J. Brown as the latest wide receiver out of Ole Miss to turn into an impact player at the NFL level.

  • Calvin Ridley WR | TEN

Falcons' Calvin Ridley: Expects to be ready for camp

Ridley, who underwent what has been described as minor offseason foot surgery, is "pretty sure (he'll) be ready" for the start of training camp, Michael Rothstein of ESPN reports.

While Ridley is not practicing at this time, he has been present at the Falcons' facility rehabbing, working out and participating in walk-throughs. With Julio Jones no longer in the mix, Ridley profiles as the team's clear-cut top wideout, a context that solidifies his already high-volume role in Atlanta's offense.

  • N'Keal Harry TE | SEA

Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Tweaks calf Tuesday

Harry appeared to tweak his right calf during Tuesday's practice, Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.

It remains to be seen if this is an issue that might hamper the wideout beyond Tuesday, but Harry, who reportedly had been building momentum this week per Howe, can ill afford a lengthy setback as he attempts to solidify his role in the Patriots offense following the team's offseason additions of Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne. With returnee Jakobi Meyers also in the mix, Harry is currently competing for depth slotting with Gunner Olszewski, Marvin Hall, Isaiah Zuber, Kristian Wilkerson, Tre Nixon and Devin Smith. Since being taken in the first round of the 2019 draft, Harry has yet to establish himself as a consistent threat in the team's attack, and the 6-foot-4, 225-pounder may have to look sharp this summer just to retain his roster spot.

  • Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Should avoid preseason PUP list

Coach Vic Fango indicated Tuesday that he doesn't anticipate Sutton (knee) beginning training camp on the PUP list, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

Sutton sustained ACL and MCL tears last September but was already running routes in early March, and he stated in mid-May that he was hoping to be ready for training camp. It certainly sounds like he's on a path to make that a reality. He and Jerry Jeudy figure to give the Broncos a dangerous 1-2 punch at wide receiver as Sutton looks to return to his 2019 level of production, when he posted 72 catches for 1,112 yards and six touchdowns on 125 targets.

  • Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE

Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Leaves practice with stomach bug

Jeudy departed Tuesday's practice early due to a stomach issue, Nick Kosmider of The Athletic

Jeudy's issue doesn't seem like a long-term concern, but it could prevent him from taking the field for some valuable minicamp time. Even if he does miss a couple days, Jeudy should be ready for the start of training camp as he gears up for his sophomore NFL campaign. He finished his rookie campaign with 52 catches for 856 yards and three touchdowns over 16 games, and a relatively normal offseason in 2021 should improve his odds of taking a step forward in his second season.
