Khadarel Hodge WR | SF
Browns' KhaDarel Hodge: Small role in return
Hodge was not targeted and played eight offensive snaps in Sunday's 20-6 win over the Giants.
Hodge returned to action after missing two games due to a hamstring injury. That he only played eight snaps could be a case of bringing him back slowly, or it could be a sign of the team's confidence in rookie wideout Donovan Peoples-Jones. Hodge also played another eight snaps on special teams. Prior to his injury, he was the clear No. 3 wide receiver, but Peoples-Jones has thrived in his place. A clearer picture of the depth chart should emerge in Hodge's second game back in Week 16 when the Browns play the Jets.

Tyler Boyd WR | TEN
Bengals' Tyler Boyd: Evaluated for concussion
Boyd is being evaluated for a concussion and considered questionable to return to Monday's game against the Steelers, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Boyd landed awkwardly after attempting to make a a leaping catch and hit his head on the turf. He subsequently headed to the locker room to be looked at. The 26-year-old didn't record a catch prior to exiting. Alex Erickson and Mike Thomas could potentially see some more snaps behind Tee Higgins and A.J. Green should he ultimately not return.

Lil'Jordan Humphrey WR | DEN
Lil'Jordan Humphrey: Gets TD, reverts to practice squad
Humphrey reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Humphrey enjoyed an eventful Week 15, fielding 27 of 55 offensive snaps while reeling in two of four targets for 29 yards against Kansas City. The Texas standout's 17-yard touchdown catch with 2:06 remaining in regulation helped pull New Orleans to within three points, but the Chiefs would subsequently ice the game by way of a seven-play, 34-yard drive.

Isaiah Ford WR | CHI
Isaiah Ford: Moves back to practice squad
Ford reverted to the Dolphins' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Ford played a considerable portion of the offensive workload in a win over New England, garnering 54 of 73 snaps while pulling in all three of his targets for 18 yards. Following a mid-season stint with the Patriots, Week 15 marked Ford's first Dolphins appearance since Nov. 1.
-
Penny Hart WR | ATL
Penny Hart: Shown door in Seattle
The Seahawks waived Hart on Monday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Hart made his NFL debut this season and played 11 games for the Seahawks, posting a three-yard reception and a 19-yard carry. He was cut to make room on the 53-man roster for Josh Gordon, who has been reinstated from his suspension. If Hart clears waivers, he'll likely land on the team's practice squad.

Isaiah Ford WR | CHI
Dolphins' Isaiah Ford: Goes for 18 yards against Patriots
Ford reeled in all three of his targets for 18 yards during Sunday's 22-12 won over the Patriots.
Ford had a brief stint with the Patriots back in November, so his matchup on Sunday may technically have qualified as a "revenge game." With DeVante Parker (hamstring) and Jakeem Grant (hamstring) both absent last weekend, and Preston Williams (foot) still on IR, Ford was afforded an opportunity to handle a season-high 54 offensive snaps (74 percent).
-
Mack Hollins WR | NE
Dolphins' Mack Hollins: Just one grab Week 15
Hollins caught one of two targets for eight yards during Sunday's 22-12 win over New England.
Hollins played a season-high 96 percent of offensive snaps with both DeVante Parker (hamstring) and Jakeem Grant (hamstring) sidelined, but he was only able to translate his playing time into two looks from Tua Tagovailoa. If the Dolphins' top receivers can get healthy enough to suit up Week 16 against the Raiders, Hollins may find himself back in a reserve role.
-
Chris Moore WR | BAL
Ravens' Chris Moore: Returns from IR
Moore (thigh) was activated from injured reserve Monday.
Moore is ready to return to the lineup for a Week 16 matchup against the Giants. The 27-year-old wideout has played just one game this season, logging nine snaps on special teams and none on offense. He'll likely handle a similar workload for the remainder of the season.
-
Stefon Diggs WR | WAS
Bills' Stefon Diggs: Still being monitored
Coach Sean McDermott said Monday that the Bills are still monitoring Diggs (foot), Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News reports.
Diggs was forced out of last Saturday's blowout win over the Broncos late due to a foot injury, but not before racking up 11 catches for 147 yards. The initial postgame diagnosis for Diggs' injury was reportedly minor, but Buffalo hasn't offered an official update in the meantime. The Bills are next scheduled to take the practice field Wednesday, so more information on Diggs' health should become available then, at the latest.

Kendrick Bourne WR | ARI
49ers' Kendrick Bourne: Late TD bolsters stat line
Bourne logged 42 offensive snaps (50 percent) and hauled in all four of his targets for 86 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 41-33 loss to Dallas.
Bourne made an impressive leaping grab above a sea of Dallas defenders on a 49-yard heave by C.J. Beathard on the final play of the contest. The score had no effect on the final result, but garbage time or not, the end result was a new season high in receiving yards for the veteran wideout. Bourne is stuck at third on the depth chart even after starter Deebo Samuel (hamstring) was ruled out for the rest of the year. It was Richie James (54 snaps, four catches, seven targets and 56 yards) who jumped up to second on the depth chart starting opposite Brandon Aiyuk. It's highly improbable that Bourne will catch an amazing Hail Mary attempt every week, so expectations should be held in check while he occupies a slot/third receiver role against the Cardinals on Saturday.
