Robert Foster WR | NYG
Football Team's Robert Foster: Set for season debut
Foster is active Sunday against the Bengals for the first time this season, Kyle Stackpole of Washington's official site reports.
The 26-year-old was signed by Washington off Green Bay's practice squad a month ago, but Sunday's contest will be his first time suiting up in 2020. Foster should operate as a depth wideout for the Football Team.

Collin Johnson WR | LV
Jaguars' Collin Johnson: Will play against Steelers
Johnson (hamstring) is active Week 11 against Pittsburgh.
Johnson has yet to see meaningful work on offense, as he's accumulated more special teams snaps than offensive ones in each of the last three games. Even though Laviska Shenault (hamstring) is inactive for the contest, the receiving corps will still presumably be led by DJ Chark, Keelan Cole and Chris Conley.
-
N'Keal Harry TE | SEA
Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Active Sunday
Harry (shoulder) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Texans.
Harry, who's logged 19 catches (on 32 targets) for 172 yards and a TD in seven games to date, wasn't targeted in Week 10's win over the Ravens, despite being on the field for 60 percent of his team's snaps on offense. He's therefore a hit-or-miss fantasy option until he reestablishes his on-field chemistry with QB Cam Newton.
-
Allen Lazard WR | NYJ
Packers' Allen Lazard: Return to lineup expected
Lazard (abdomen), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Final word on his Week 11 status will arrive when Green Bay's inactives are reported prior to the game's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Per Rapoport, Lazard, who has missed Green Bay's past six games while recovering from core-muscle surgery, will likely be on a "pitch count," as the Packers look to ease the wideout back into the mix. In the three games he played prior to being sidelined, Lazard caught 13 passes (on 17 targets) for 254 yards and two touchdowns.
-
Andy Isabella WR | SF
Cardinals' Andy Isabella: Another sparse performance
Isabella recorded one catch (on two targets) for six yards during Thursday's 28-21 loss at Seattle.
Prior to the Cardinals' Week 8 bye, Isabella logged between 30 and 50 percent of the snaps on offense in five of seven games. Since then, though, the range has been 15 to 27 percent over the last three contests. The result has been four receptions (on six targets) for 30 yards and no scores during the most recent stretch. On top of that, Isabella hasn't had a grab of 20-plus yards since Week 5. With little to no output to speak of on a weekly basis of late, he's tough to trust on the fantasy front.

Mecole Hardman WR | BUF
Chiefs' Mecole Hardman: Lifted from COVID-19 list
The Chiefs activated Hardman from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday.
Hardman was placed on the list Nov. 11 and didn't practice with the team over the past two weeks as a result, but he's expected to return to the lineup for Sunday's game against the Raiders. Sammy Watkins (hamstring/calf) has been ruled out again, so Hardman and Demarcus Robinson could have an increased workload yet again.
-
Olamide Zaccheaus WR | ATL
Falcons' Olamide Zaccheaus: Limited Friday, but cleared to play
Zaccheaus (knee) was listed as a limited participant Friday, but he carries no injury designation heading into a Week 11 matchup against the Saints, Will McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.
The second-year man out of Virginia made his first injury report appearance of the week Friday, but his limited practice reps seem to represent a precautionary measure given that Zaccheaus is clear for Sunday's NFC South tilt. Zaccheaus hasn't missed a game in 2020, and he provided a season-best 103-yard, one touchdown receiving performance Week 9 against the Broncos. With Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore (abdomen) listed as questionable, Zaccheaus may have a chance to face a depleted New Orleans secondary Sunday while serving as Matt Ryan's No. 3 WR option.
-
Shelton Gibson WR | WAS
Shelton Gibson: Let go from practice squad
Gibson was released from the Panthers' practice squad Friday, Alaina Getzenberg of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Carolina elected to bring in Gibson on Nov. 2, adding him to the team's practice squad after Washington cut ties with the 26-year-old Sept. 17. Gibson has made all 20 of his regular-season appearances as a member of the Eagles, with his last game played being Philadelphia's 17-9 wild-card loss to Seattle on Jan. 5. The West Virginia product will now seek NFL opportunity elsewhere following a short stint in Carolina.
-
Quintez Cephus WR | HOU
Lions' Quintez Cephus: Could start this week
Cephus should have a large role in the Detroit offense with both Kenny Golladay (hip) and Danny Amendola (hip) ruled out for Sunday's game in Carolina, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.
With Golladay out the past two weeks, Cephus played 41 and 51 percent of snaps on offense, catching three of four targets for 41 yards. He should see more playing time now that Amendola is joining Golladay on the inactive list, but Marvin Jones and TE T.J. Hockenson are the safer bets to see targets from Matthew Stafford. It'll likely be Jones, Cephus and Marvin Hall as the regular grouping for three-wide formations, with Jamal Agnew potentially mixing in as well.
-
Stanley Morgan WR | TEN
Stanley Morgan: In COVID-19 protocol
The Bengals placed Morgan on the practice squad COVID-19 list Friday, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.
Morgan either tested positive for the virus or came into close contact with an infected person, and he'll need to pass the league's COVID-19 protocols before returning to team activities.
