Artavis Scott WR | LAC
Artavis Scott: Signs with practice squad
The Texans signed Scott to the practice squad Wednesday.
Scott visited with the team last week and looks to be in the plans moving forward. The Clemson product hasn't played a game since entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2017; he'll start out on the scout team with the Texans and look to work his way up to the active roster.

J.J. Koski WR | DEN
J.J. Koski: Lands on COVID-19 list
The Rams placed Koski on the practice squad COVID-19 list Wednesday.
Koski has either tested positive for the virus or come into close contact with an infected person. He'll need to clear the league's COVID-19 protocols before returning to team activities.

DeAndre Carter WR | DET
Bears' DeAndre Carter: Finds new home
The Bears claimed Carter off waivers Wednesday, Larry Mayer of the team's official site reports.
Carter was waived by the Texans on Tuesday, and he didn't have to wait long to find a new team. The Sacramento State product has been effective in the return game this season, averaging 8.7 yards on 11 punt returns and 20.8 yards on 12 kickoff returns with the Texans. Since Tarik Cohen suffered a torn ACL in Week 3 against the Falcons, the team has used three different punt return men, so Carter could slot into that role as early as Week 12 with the Bears on their bye week.

Darrius Shepherd WR | LAC
Packers' Darrius Shepherd: Limited practice Wednesday
Shepherd (shoulder) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Shepherd's making good progress, as he's practicing to start the week after making just one appearance at practice last week. If he's able to shake off this injury, he could be in line for a decent workload Sunday against the Colts depending on the statuses of Davante Adams (ankle) and Allen Lazard (core).

Equanimeous St. Brown WR | SF
Packers' Equanimeous St. Brown: Misses practice Wednesday
St. Brown (knee) didn't participate in Wednesday's practice, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
It has been standard of late for St. Brown to be limited in the first practice of the week, but the DNP is a bit concerning, although it could simply be maintenance related, as he handled a season-high 31 snaps in last week's win over the Jaguars. We should have a better grasp on his recovery when the Packers release their Thursday practice report. If St. Brown's able to play Sunday versus the Saints, his role will depend on whether Davante Adams (ankle) and Allen Lazard (core) suit up.
-
Mecole Hardman WR | BUF
Chiefs' Mecole Hardman: Remains absent from practice
Hardman remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list and didn't practice Wednesday, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports.
The Chiefs placed Hardman on the COVID-19 list back on Nov. 11, and the second-year wideout apparently still hasn't completed the protocol to return following the team's Week 10 bye. Hardman's status for Sunday's game against the Raiders thus appears murky, but the Chiefs at least received some good news among their receiving corps after Sammy Watkins (hamstring) resumed practicing without limitations Wednesday. With Watkins poised to play Week 11, Hardman's snap count will likely take a hit if manages to gain clearance.
-
Jamal Agnew WR | ATL
Lions' Jamal Agnew: Practices at full speed
Agnew (ribs) was a full participant at Wednesday's practice.
Agnew has missed back-to-back games but appears on pace to return to duty in this Sunday's matchup against the Panthers. The 25-year-old contributes sparingly on offense, but he's the team's top returner of both kicks and punts. Agnew scored one touchdown on each unit last year, but he hasn't broken off a big one yet this year.
-
Allen Lazard WR | NYJ
Packers' Allen Lazard: Manages limited practice Wednesday
Lazard (core) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Although the Packers activated Lazard from injured reserve Tuesday, he still seems to be easing back to full speed as he approaches his first game action since Week 3. If his conditioning hasn't returned by Sunday's game at Indianapolis, Lazard could take a back seat in the passing game to both Davante Adams (ankle) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling. In any case, Lazard's situation will continue to be monitored closely as the week proceeds.
-
Marvin Jones WR | DET
Lions' Marvin Jones: Dealing with knee injury
Jones didn't practice Wednesday due to a knee injury.
Jones and fellow starting wideout Danny Amendola (hip) both missed Wednesday's practice, while Kenny Golladay (hip) and T.J. Hockenson (toe) were limited participants. To make matters worse for Detroit's receiving corps, quarterback Matthew Stafford sat out practice and could be in danger of missing time due to a ligament tear in his thumb. As such, the Lions can scarcely afford for Jones to miss Sunday's game in Carolina.
-
Davante Adams WR | LAR
Packers' Davante Adams: Logs limited showing Wednesday
Adams (ankle) was limited at Wednesday's practice, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Adams injured his ankle in the third quarter of Sunday's win over the Jaguars, but according to the wide receiver, he was able to persuade the Packers' training staff to let him back on the field, per Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. He went on to record the game-winning score in the final quarter, giving him a league-leading nine touchdown catches on the season (tied with Adam Thielen and Tyreek Hill). While the Packers plan to have Adams back out there again this weekend at Indianapolis, his availability likely hinges on him avoiding any setbacks as the week goes on.
