Derius Davis WR | LAC
Chargers' Derius Davis: Absent from practice
Davis (knee) was a non-participant at practice Thursday.
Davis has now been unavailable for each of the team's first two practices of the week, as he continues to nurse the knee injury he suffered in Week 3 against Denver. The wide receiver will have one more chance to return to practice prior to Sunday's matchup with the Commanders.

Devontez Walker WR | BAL
Ravens' Devontez Walker: Returns to practice Thursday
Walker (oblique) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Walker is recovering from an oblique injury that he likely sustained in Week 4 against the Chiefs. He has opened the week with a DNP-LP practice log, and Friday's injury report will provide clarity on his chances of playing against the Texans on Sunday. The 2024 fourth-rounder has three catches on as many targets for 60 yards and two touchdowns through the first four games of the regular season.

Dante Pettis WR | NO
Dante Pettis: Back with New Orleans on PS
The Saints signed Pettis to the practice squad Thursday.
Pettis signed a one-year deal with the Saints in March but was unable to make the team's practice squad at the end of training camp. He was without a team for just over a month, but he has opted to return to New Orleans as a member of the team's practice squad. Pettis would be a candidate to be elevated to the active roster for the Saints' Week 5 clash against the Giants on Sunday if fellow wide receiver Trey Palmer (ankle) is unable to play.

Simi Fehoko WR | ARI
Cardinals' Simi Fehoko: Logs full practice Thursday
Fehoko (concussion) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Fehoko was diagnosed with a concussion during the Cardinals' Week 4 loss to the Seahawks. His ability to practice in full Thursday is a positive sign, but the 2021 fifth-rounder will need to clear the league's five-step concussion protocol in order to play against the Titans on Sunday. Fehoko has played 38 snaps on special teams through three games this season.
-
Marvin Mims WR | DEN
Broncos' Marvin Mims: Listed as limited again
Mims (hip/ankle) was limited at Thursday's practice.
Mims also was deemed limited on Wednesday's practice estimate, so he'll have one more chance to practice fully ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles. He's coming off his most productive game of the season, having recorded six catches on as many targets for 69 yards and one carry for a 16-yard TD in Monday's 28-3 win over the Bengals.
-
Malik Turner WR | SF
49ers' Malik Turner: Elevated for TNF
The 49ers elevated Turner from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Thursday night's game against the Rams.
Turner will provide the 49ers with much-need depth at wide receiver due to the absences of Jauan Jennings (ankle), Ricky Pearsall (knee) and rookie fourth-rounder Jordan Watkins (calf). Turner was elevated to the active roster for the 49ers' Week 3 win over the Cardinals, when he played eight snaps (one on offense, seven on special teams) without showing up on the box score otherwise.
-
Greg Dortch WR | ARI
Cardinals' Greg Dortch: Stays limited in practice
Dortch (collarbone) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Dortch maintained his activity level from one day prior as he tends to a collarbone injury. Meanwhile, fellow WR Zay Jones (concussion) practice fully, indicating that he's closing in on gaining clearance from the protocol for head injuries. If Jones does so, Dortch likely would be relegated to the No. 4 role on the depth chart Sunday versus the Titans, assuming he's active himself.
-
Trey Palmer WR | NO
Saints' Trey Palmer: Downgrades to DNP
Palmer (ankle) did not participate in Thursday's practice, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Palmer is working through an ankle injury that he may have picked up at some point during Wednesday's practice, given that he hasn't played in any of the first four games of the regular season. His practice participation Friday will indicate his chances of being active for Sunday's home tilt against the Giants. Wide receivers Dante Pettis, Tommy Mellott and Kevin Austin would be candidates to be elevated from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game if Palmer is not cleared to play.

CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL
Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Remains DNP at practice
Lamb (ankle) was a non-participant at practice Thursday, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Lamb has yet to mix into drills since picking up a high left-ankle sprain during a Week 3 loss in Chicago, but he was able to handle rehab work for a second consecutive day Thursday, per Jon Machota of The Athletic. The Cowboys ruled out Lamb on their final Week 4 injury report last Friday, so a similar decision may come down once this Friday's report is posted. WR George Pickens and TE Jake Ferguson figure to be QB Dak Prescott's favorite targets for as long as Lamb is sidelined.

KaVontae Turpin WR | DAL
Cowboys' KaVontae Turpin: Sits out another practice
Turpin (foot) didn't participate in Thursday's practice, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
During this past Sunday's 40-40 tie with the Packers, Turpin sustained a sprained foot, which has kept him from practicing Wednesday and Thursday. Though the pair of absences to kick off Week 5 prep don't inspire much early confidence that Turpin will be ready to play Sunday against the Jets, Joseph Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News relays that the Cowboys don't anticipate the two-time Pro Bowl return specialist requiring a stint on injured reserve. Still, with Turpin banged up and with top wideout CeeDee Lamb (ankle) set to miss another game in Week 5, the Dallas receiving corps could be shorthanded once again.
