Davante Adams WR | LAR
Rams' Davante Adams: Dealing with sore hamstring
Coach Sean McVay said Adams won't practice Wednesday due to a sore hamstring, but he doesn't believe the wide receiver will miss Sunday's game against the Colts, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Adams has been targeted early and often to start his stint with the Rams, racking up 29 targets through three games. Overall, he's hauled in 13 of them for 213 yards and two touchdowns. Now that he's tending to a health concern, though, Adams' stats bears watching this week to see if he's able to emerge without a designation ahead of Sunday's contest.

Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Full practice participant
Worthy (shoulder) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
Worthy thus appears likely to return for Sunday's game against the Ravens. He was listed as a limited practice participant all of last week, getting a 'questionable' designation on the Friday injury report before downgrading to 'out' Saturday. Worthy's likely return to the lineup could mean less playing time for any or all of Hollywood Brown, Tyquan Thornton and/or JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Limited at practice Wednesday
Collins (knee) was limited at practice Wednesday.
Collins, who was on the field for 54 of a possible 63 snaps on offense in the Texans' 17-10 loss to the Jaguars on Sunday, wound up catching eight of his 11 targets for 104 yards (with a TD and a fumble) in the contest. It's possible that the wideout's listed limitations Wednesday were indicative of load management as opposed to concern over his Week 4 status, with Thursday's practice/injury report destined to provide added context in that regard.

CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL
Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: No practice Wednesday
Lamb (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Lamb is expected to miss 3-to-4 weeks due to the high left-ankle sprain that he suffered early during this past Sunday's loss at Chicago. Since then, all of Jerry Jones, Stephen Jones and coach Brian Schottenheimer haven't said anything definitive regarding Lamb's status for a Week 4 showdown with the Packers, but Schottenheimer told Tommy Yarrish of the Cowboys' official site on Wednesday, "We can beat the Packers without CeeDee [Lamb} and [RG Tyler Booker] and the guys we're missing." Dallas can rule out Lamb at any point, but the team may wait until it posts its final injury report of the week Friday before making a decision on that front.

Darius Slayton WR | NYG
Giants' Darius Slayton: Limited in practice
Slayton (calf) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
It's a new injury after Slayton played just 64 percent of the Giants' offensive snaps in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 23-9 loss to the Chiefs (he was on the field for 94.3 percent of New York's snaps this season beforehand). Coincidence or not, Slayton's ability to practice in any capacity at the start of the week suggests he's on track to play this Sunday against the Chargers in what will be the first career start for Giants QB Jaxson Dart.
-
Darius Cooper WR | PHI
Eagles' Darius Cooper: Sent to IR
The Eagles placed Cooper (shoulder) on injured reserve Wednesday.
Cooper will be sidelined at least four games due to a shoulder injury sustained during Sunday's win over the Rams. The issue reportedly won't require surgery. In his stead, John Metchie becomes positioned for an uptick in opportunities behind A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith and Jahan Dotson.
-
Cedric Tillman WR | CLE
Browns' Cedric Tillman: Limited by hand injury
Tillman (hand) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Tillman secured all three of his targets for 26 yards during Cleveland's win over the Packers in Week 3, though he played a season-low 74 percent of offensive snaps. That also marked his first game of the season without a touchdown. The No. 2 receiver will have two more chances to upgrade his activity level at practice ahead of Sunday's road matchup against Detroit.
-
Jalen Tolbert WR | MIA
Cowboys' Jalen Tolbert: Primed for larger role
Cowboys offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer said Wednesday that Tolbert will "have to step up" with CeeDee Lamb (ankle) expected to miss time, Tommy Yarrish of DallasCowboys.com reports.
Schottenheimer mentioned that Tolbert led the team with seven touchdowns last year. The issue was that he didn't do much else with his ample playing time, ranking 13th among WRs in routes run (535) and 53d in receiving yards (610). Tolbert opened this season in a much lesser role, essentially splitting the No. 3 receiver job with KaVontae Turpin, before upgrading to team-high 89 percent route share in Week 3 when Lamb was injured early in the game. Tolbert may again handle an every-down role Week 4 against Green Bay, but the combination of a low target rate and tough matchup isn't promising for fantasy.
-
Noah Brown WR | WAS
Commanders' Noah Brown: Absent from practice
Brown (groin/knee) is not practicing Wednesday.
Brown sat out Week 3, and he hasn't practiced in any capacity since having been forced out early versus the Packers on Thursday Night Football in Week 2. If Brown is unable to gain clearance in time for Sunday's matchup against the Falcons, Luke McCaffrey, Jaylin Lane and Chris Moore will all be candidates for expanded offensive opportunities, especially with Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) also dealing with an injury.
-
Ricky Pearsall WR | SF
49ers' Ricky Pearsall: Not practicing Wednesday
Pearsall will miss Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.
Pearsall played 97 percent of San Francisco's offensive snaps in a 16-15 win over the Cardinals this past Sunday, catching eight of 11 targets for 117 yards. He's now third in the league in both receiving yards (281) and air yards (392), having caught four of seven targets 20-plus yards downfield. There is some chance the usage declines if Jauan Jennings (shoulder/ankle) now ends up healthier than Pearsall, but Jennings will also miss Wednesday's practice (after sitting out Weeks 1 and 3). The 49ers don't lack for injury concerns ahead of their home game against Jacksonville this Sunday.
