Elic Ayomanor WR | TEN
Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Questionable versus Jacksonville
Ayomanor (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
The rookie wideout got in a trio of limited practices this week after missing last Sunday's loss to the Seahawks. Ayomanor has a 28-334-2 receiving line on 59 rookie-year targets through 10 contests. He's yet to reach 60 receiving yards in a single game and is only a fantasy option in the deepest of leagues.

Chigoziem Okonkwo TE | WAS
Titans' Chig Okonkwo: Questionable for Week 13
Okonkwo (foot) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Okonkwo got in a limited practice Friday following Thursday's DNP, giving the tight end a chance to suit up against Jacksonville. If Okonkwo is unable to play, rookie Gunnar Helm would seem to be in line for more snaps on offense. Okonkwo has a scoreless 35-377-0 receiving line on 46 targets through 11 contests this season.

Emari Demercado RB | KC
Cardinals' Emari Demercado: Won't play Sunday
Demercado (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
Demercado has yet to practice since sustaining a high-ankle sprain Week 11, but he was spotted working on the side with the rehab group at Friday's session, per Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic. Demercado's next chance for game action is Sunday, Dec. 7 against the Rams, but at least for Week 13, Bam Knight (knee, questionable) and Michael Carter are the likely candidates for reps in the Cardinals backfield with Trey Benson (knee, IR) also ruled out.

Bucky Irving RB | TB
Buccaneers' Bucky Irving: Deemed questionable, should play
Irving (shoulder/foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Arizona, with the expectation that he'll return to action after logging full practices all week, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
Irving won't necessarily return to his pre-injury role but should at least be back in the mix as a significant part of Tampa Bay's offense. His impressive fantasy production late last season and into this September makes him a viable lineup option in nearly any format despite workload uncertainty in the first game back from a two-month absence. Sean Tucker supplanted Rachaad White as the lead back during that time, potentially setting up a three-headed backfield now that Irving is expected to be active ahead of the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday.

Zonovan Knight RB | ARI
Cardinals' Bam Knight: Status in question for Week 13
Knight (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
With Trey Benson (knee) and Emari Demercado (ankle) ruled out for Week 13, Knight now is the only question mark among the Cardinals' running backs that are dealing with injuries. Knight's knee issue limited him in all three practices this week, and his status will be clarified about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Assuming he's able to suit up this weekend, he and Michael Carter likely will split the backfield reps in some fashion, but Jermar Jefferson also may be on hand for his first touch of the season.

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Buccaneers' Baker Mayfield: Listed as questionable, should play
Mayfield (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Arizona after upgrading to full practice participation Friday, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
The combination of a full practice and optimistic comments from coach Todd Bowles has Mayfield looking highly likely to play. Bowles told reporters that Mayfield "looked good" during Friday's practice and is "trending to play," per Rob Maaddi of the Associated Press. Mayfield's fantasy managers should nonetheless check back in before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday to make sure he's avoided late setbacks and is getting the nod.

Marvin Harrison Jr. WR | ARI
Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Questionable for Sunday
Harrison (appendix) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
Harrison returned to practice Wednesday, two weeks after undergoing an appendectomy. He was a limited participant all week, including Friday, when he told reporters after practice that "some things feel uncomfortable" while others "feel kind of normal," per Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com. Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon told Brack that Harrison "moved around well" during practice, but Gannon didn't comment on expectations for the wideout's availability this Sunday for the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Darren Waller TE | CAR
Dolphins' Darren Waller: Questionable, still on IR
Waller (pectoral) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports.
Miami designated Waller for return from injured reserve Wednesday, after which he cobbled together three straight limited practices. Per David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel, coach Mike McDaniel said Friday regarding Waller's chances to suit up this weekend that "if there's not a setback, I'm feeling optimistic." The Dolphins will need to activate Waller from IR by Saturday afternoon for him to have a chance to be active for Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Rasul Douglas CB | WAS
Dolphins' Rasul Douglas: Questionable vs. Saints
Douglas (foot) is questionable for Miami's matchup versus the Saints on Sunday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN reports.
Douglas has missed the past two games with a foot injury but should have a chance to make his return Sunday. If the 30-year-old is unable to play however, Minkah Fitzpatrick will likely shift over to slot corner, while Ifeatu Melifonwu should see increased playing time at safety.

Benito Jones DT | LV
Dolphins' Benito Jones: Could play Sunday
Jones (ankle) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Saints, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
The Ole Miss product practiced in a limited capacity throughout the week and played through his ankle injury in the Week 11 win over the Commanders, suggesting that he'll likely suit up Sunday. However, if Jones is unable to go for the Week 13 matchup, expect 2025 first-round pick Kenneth Grant to have an expanded role on Miami's defensive line.
