Head coach Sean McDermott told reporters Friday that Brown (shoulder) is a candidate to be placed on injured reserve, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports that Brown suffered a shoulder injury during the Bills' 23-19 loss to the Texans on Thursday. Ryan Van Demark would be the top candidate to start at right tackle if Brown were to be sidelined for an extended period of time.

Crosby has been dealing with the knee issue for weeks but has yet to miss a game this season and continues to play nearly every single defensive snap for Las Vegas. The star edge rusher has posted 42 tackles (26 solo), including 6.0 sacks, 12 QB hits and six pass breakups, including one interception, on 91 percent of the defensive snaps through 10 contests.

Rams' Xavier Smith: Questionable for SNF
Smith (concussion) is questionable for Sunday night's game against the Bucs, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Smith was concussed in last Sunday's win over the Seahawks but was able to log a pair of limited practices Thursday and Friday. However, Smith is still in the protocol. If Smith is unable to play Sunday night, Jordan Whittington and Konata Mumpfield would be next up for wideout snaps behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams.

Head coach Sean McDermott said Friday that Bernard (elbow) is a candidate to be placed on injured reserve, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Bernard suffered an elbow injury during the Bills' 23-19 loss to the Texans on Thursday, and the issue is severe enough for him to be considered for a stint on IR. He'll continue to undergo further tests to evaluate the extent of his injury, but he's facing a significant absence, which opens the door for Joe Andreessen or Shaq Thompson to step into a starting role at linebacker alongside Matt Milano and Dorian Williams.

Bills' Maxwell Hairston: Placed in concussion protocol
Hairston was placed in the concussion protocol Friday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Hairston apparently sustained the concussion in Thursday night's loss to the Texans. He'll have 10 days to try and get ready for Buffalo's Week 13 contest with the Steelers. Since making his season debut in Week 8, Hairston has produced three tackles (two solo) and three pass breakups, including two interceptions, on 58 percent of the defensive snaps across five contests.

Rams' Nate Landman: Will play against Tampa Bay
Landman (back) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Landman was limited in the first two practices of Week 12 prep, but he has been cleared to play against Tampa Bay after practicing in full Friday. The fourth-year pro has accumulated 91 total tackles through 10 regular-season games, and he his well on pace to surpass his career high of 110 stops (across 16 regular-season games) in 2023 as a member of the Falcons.

Williams was concussed in last week's win over the Bengals but was able to gain clearance for Week 12. The wide receiver has logged just four offensive snaps this season but has played 48 on special teams across six appearances.

Phillips (foot) is questionable to play against Baltimore on Sunday.
Phillips logged a DNP-LP-LP practice log during Week 12 prep, which drew him the questionable tag for Sunday's game. Jowon Briggs and Mazi Smith would be slated for more snaps at defensive tackle alongside Jay Tufele if Phillips is not cleared to play. Phillips has logged 30 tackles (12 solo), including 0.5 sacks, one pass defense and one forced fumble across 10 regular-season games.

The third-year defensive end missed Wednesday's practice due to a nagging quad issue, but he ended the week with back-to-back limited sessions to draw the questionable tag for Week 12. If McDonald is not cleared to play, then Micheal Clemons, Braiden McGregor and rookie fifth-rounder Tyler Baron would be slated for more defensive snaps opposite starter Jermaine Johnson.

Heyward didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday but got in a limited practice Friday. The 36-year-old has turned in a solid season to date, posting 41 tackles (16 solo), including 1.5 sacks, and six pass breakups on 69 percent of the defensive snaps across 10 appearances.
