  • Bo Melton WR | GB

Packers' Bo Melton: Added to injury report

Melton (shoulder) was limited in practice Thursday.

Melton is one of six wide receivers listed as a limited participant on Green Bay's practice report Thursday, though his contributions usually come on special teams and defense (as a cornerback). The dual-position depth option will work to upgrade his activity level at practice Friday, with the goal of gaining clearance for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

  • Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Limited Thursday

Wicks (calf) was limited at Thursday's practice.

Wicks has yet to upgrade to full during Week 12 prep as he deals with a lingering calf injury. He was joined as limited Thursday by fellow WRs Christian Watson (knee), Romeo Doubs (wrist), Matthew Golden (shoulder/wrist), Savion Williams (foot) and even Bo Melton (shoulder). Ultimately, Friday's practice report will unveil who among the group doesn't carry a designation ahead of Sunday's contest versus the Vikings.

  • Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ

Jets' Kene Nwangwu: Hamstring flares up

    Nwangwu (hamstring) didn't practice Thursday.

Nwangwu wasn't on Wednesday's injury report, so it's possible he aggravated his hamstring injury during practice. The standout return man previously missed action this season due to a hamstring injury and concussion, which have combined to limit Nwangwu to five appearances. If Nwangwu sits out Sunday against the Ravens, Isaiah Williams would likely tack kickoff-return duties onto his usual role as a punt returner.

  • Packers' Matthew Golden: Limited again Thursday

Golden (shoulder/wrist) was a limited practice participant Thursday.

Golden now has strung together two capped sessions this week, meaning Friday's practice likely will determine if he enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest against the Vikings. Aside from Golden, Christian Watson (knee), Romeo Doubs (wrist), Dontayvion Wicks (calf), Savion Williams (foot) and Bo Melton (shoulder) also were limited Thursday, so it remains to be seen who among them is actually able to suit up Week 12.

  • Packers' Savion Williams: Upgrades to limited practice

Williams (foot) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

Williams missed Wednesday's session, but it looks like he has a chance to play through his lingering foot injury again Week 12. If Williams manages to upgrade to a full practice Friday, he could even avoid an injury designation entirely for Sunday's game against the Vikings. The rookie third-round pick's status will be relatively important for the Packers, given that six of the team's wide receivers appear on Thursday's injury report as limited participants.

  • Titans' Jeffery Simmons: Upgrades to limited Thursday

Simmons (hamstring) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice.

Simmons returned from a two-game absence in Week 11 against the Texans. He's following a similar practice schedule to the one he had prior to his return, as the standout defensive lineman also didn't practice Wednesday in Week 11 before upgrading to limited participation Thursday and Friday to ultimately get the green light to play. Simmons would likely need to upgrade to full participation Friday to avoid an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

  • Alvin Kamara RB | NO

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Reps capped Thursday

Kamara (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Kamara hasn't been a full participant in practice since Week 7 and has carried questionable tags into the past two contests, but he has yet to miss a game this season. Even if he remains limited in Friday's session and is listed as questionable heading into Sunday's game against the Falcons, Kamara should still have a strong chance at suiting up this weekend and leading the New Orleans ground attack.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Another limited session

Stevenson (toe) remained limited at practice Thursday.

Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald relays that Patriots running backs coach Tony Dews noted Thursday that Stevenson -- who also was limited Wednesday -- "was out there running around, and looked like himself running around. So, we'll see what it looks like tomorrow." In any case, Friday's final injury report is slated to reveal whether Stevenson approaches Week 12 action with an injury designation or fully cleared to play Sunday against the Bengals.

  • Isaiah Likely TE | NYG

Ravens' Isaiah Likely: Logs limited practice Thursday

Likely (calf) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

Likely couldn't practice in any capacity Wednesday, so it's encouraging to see him handling limited reps Thursday. Quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) also returned to practice for Baltimore on Thursday, handling full reps. If Likely is able to upgrade to a full session Friday, he could avoid an injury designation entirely for Sunday's game against the Jets and handle his usual No. 2 tight end role behind Mark Andrews.

  • Zonovan Knight RB | ARI

Cardinals' Bam Knight: Another limited showing

Knight (ankle) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.

In the wake of Emari Demercado (ankle) being ruled out for Week 12 and the Cardinals designating Trey Benson (knee) for return from injured reserve Wednesday, Knight himself is dealing with a health concern this week that's capped his practice reps. Friday's injury report will reveal whether or not Knight enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest versus the Jaguars, but even if he's able to suit up, his eventual workload may be contingent on the team's decision regarding Benson, who will need to be activated from IR by Saturday afternoon to have a chance to play this weekend. Aside from Knight, Michael Carter represents the other running back on Arizona's active roster.
