Szmyt missed his lone field-goal attempt and made his only extra-point try during the Browns' 32-13 loss to the Patriots on Sunday.

Szmyt was unable to connect on a 47-yard field goal early in the second quarter, which would have extended the Browns' lead to 10-3. It was his third missed field goal of the season, and he is now 10-for-13 on field-goal attempts and 12-for-13 on point-after tries through the first eight games of the regular season.

Fitzgerald went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and missed his lone extra-point try during the Panthers' 40-9 loss to the Bills on Sunday.

Fitzgerald put the Panthers on the board with a 48-yard field goal midway through the second quarter. His last-second field-goal try from 32-yards at the end of the first half sailed wide left, and he followed that up by missing a point-after try in the fourth quarter. Week 8 was the second time this season that Fitzgerald missed a field goal and an extra point in the same game. Through eight regular-season games, Fitzgerald has gone 13-for-15 on field-goal tries and 13-for-15 on extra-point attempts.

Baker is being evaluated for a possible concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Colts.

Baker appeared to take a hit to the head in the third quarter, and he is being evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. Samuel Womack could see some rotational snaps at corner if Baker is unable to return.

Diggs caught three of five targets for 14 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 32-13 win over the Browns.

Drake Maye didn't need to air it out too much, but the second-year quarterback still tossed three TDs in the third quarter to ice the game, with Diggs catching a one-yard score as part of the barrage. It was the veteran wideout's first touchdown of the season, a welcome sight for fantasy investors even if it came along with a season-low yardage total. Diggs will take a 42-470-1 line on 49 targets through eight games into a Week 9 clash with the Falcons.

Surtain (shoulder) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Surtain remained in the locker room after halftime to have his shoulder evaluated by medical staff, and the injury has been deemed severe enough for him to be held out for the rest of Sunday's game. Ja'Quan McMillian has shifted over to outside corner, which opens the door for Kris Abrams-Draine and Jahdae Barron to see snaps at the slot corner position due to Surtain's injury.

Stroud completed 30 of 39 passes for 318 yards with two touchdowns and one interception and rushed seven times for 30 yards in the Texans' 26-15 win over the 49ers on Sunday.

Stroud was in a zone throughout most of the afternoon following a difficult performance on the road against the Seahawks on Monday night to close out Week 7. The third-year signal-caller was working without Nico Collins (concussion) and Christian Kirk (hamstring), but he recorded 14 of his completions to a trio of wideouts playing elevated roles in Xavier Hutchinson, Jaylin Noel and Jayden Higgins. Stroud's pair of scoring tosses went to Hutchinson (30 yards) and Higgins (12 yards) as well, and his yardage total was a season-high figure. Stroud now has multiple touchdown passes in three of the last four games, but he has an unenviable task on tap in Week 9 in the form of a home matchup against the Broncos.

Henderson carried the ball 10 times for 75 yards in Sunday's 32-13 win over the Browns.

It was a career-best performance for the rookie running back, although Henderson's day was marred somewhat by a lost fumble, his first of the season. Rhamondre Stevenson led the Patriots with 14 carries, but he managed just 34 rushing yards on that volume, and the workload could begin to tip toward the freshman given his superior explosiveness. Henderson will look to build on this performance in Week 9 against the Falcons.

McMillan brought in seven of 10 targets for 99 yards in the Panthers' 40-9 loss to the Bills on Sunday.

McMillan was essentially the lone bright spot for the Panthers in the embarrassing loss, easily leading Carolina across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets. The rookie first-round pick showed good chemistry with Andy Dalton, and the talented wideout's catch total was a new career high while his target tally tied his high-water mark over the first eight games. McMillan should remain busy in a Week 9 road trip to Green Bay, a game in which the Panthers may have to eventually take a pass-centric approach.

Gano connected on both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries during the Giants' 38-20 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.

Gano was activated from injured reserve Saturday and cleared to return from a four-game absence due to a groin injury he sustained during pregame warmups in Week 3 against the Chiefs. He connected on a 47-yard field goal late in the second quarter before nailing a 34-yard try late in the third frame. Gano has made all eight of his field-goal attempts and all six extra-point tries across four regular-season games.

Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said Sunday that he will stick with Gabriel at quarterback following the Week 9 bye, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Gabriel had a few good moments during Cleveland's 32-13 loss to the Patriots, including a pair of touchdown strikes, his first since Week 5. Unfortunately for the Browns, the rookie threw two interceptions and was whistled for a safety in the fourth quarter when he intentionally grounded a pass while in his own end zone. If Stefanski eventually makes a change, Gabriel would likely be replaced by Shedeur Sanders, who was inactive Week 8 due to a back injury,
