Jenkins (groin) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against New England.

Jenkins was deemed out with about 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Prior to his exit, he recorded four tackles (two solo). Jenkins has worked in a rotational role throughout the campaign, topping out at a 40 percent defensive snap share Week 7 against Miami.

Barkley suffered a groin injury during Sunday's game against the Giants.

Barkley pulled up at the end of a 28-yard run near the end of the third quarter, after which he visited the sideline tent before the Eagles disclosed the nature of his injury. If he's unable to return, he'll finish Week 8 with 14 carries for 150 yards and one touchdown and four catches (on five targets) for 24 yards and another TD. Tank Bigsby took over most of the RB duties following Barkley's departure.

Brown (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bills, Sheena Quick of Fox Sports Radio 1340 reports.

Brown went to the blue medical tent to be evaluated for a knee injury, but he may be held out the rest of the way given that the Bills hold a commanding lead in the fourth quarter. If he's unable to return, then LaBryan Ray and Bobby Brown would be in line for more snaps at defensive end.

Duck (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Duck was carted off the field after sustaining a knee injury in the fourth quarter. The starting cornerback had already missed the Dolphins' last six games due to an ankle injury, making his second start of the year Sunday. Miami will look to backups Kendall Sheffield and Ethan Bonner to help at cornerback.

Okuayinonu is questionable to return to Sunday's matchup against Houston due to an ankle injury, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Okuayinonu was injured on a C.J. Stroud scramble early in the fourth quarter. He had to be carted off the field, so it wouldn't be surprising if he's unable to return to the game. Okuayinonu's injury is another blow to a San Francisco defensive line that is already without a bevy of players, including Nick Bosa (knee), Bryce Huff (hamstring) and Yetur Gross-Matos (knee/hamstring).

Christensen was carted off the field due to an ankle injury and is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Bills, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Christensen was unable to put weight on his leg and was carted off the field during the second half of Sunday's game. Jake Curhan will likely take over at right guard the rest of the way.

Tonga (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Browns, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.

Tonga exited the second half with a knee injury and is questionable to return. The Patriots do not have another active nose tackle and will likely turn to Milton Williams alongside their other defensive ends to make an impact on the defensive line.

Winters (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Texans.

Winters sustained a knee injury early in the third quarter, which has been deemed severe enough for him to not return to Sunday's contest. Nick Martin and Curtis Robinson are in line to see more defensive snaps at linebacker the rest of the way in Winters' absence.

Bates suffered an ankle injury Sunday versus Miami and has been ruled out for the remainder of the contest, Josh Kendall of The Athletic reports.

Bates was ruled out early in the fourth quarter. Prior to his exit, he tallied six tackles (two solo). DeMarcco Hellams and/or Jordan Fuller could log more snaps at safety in Bates' stead.

Elliott (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Texans, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Elliott will not return to Sunday's game after sustaining an ankle injury during the third quarter. Alfred Collins and Kevin Givens are in line for more snaps at defensive tackle the rest of the way in Elliott's absence.
