Cashman (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

The 25-year-old linebacker has cleared the league's five-step concussion protocol ahead of Sunday's NFC East bout, and his return will mean less snaps on defense for Marist Liufau. Sanborn logged 34 tackles (16 solo) and one pass defense through the first five games of the season prior to his injury.

Thomas (migraine) did not practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Thomas appeared on Thursday's injury report due to a migraine. His inability to practice Friday indicates that he is leaning toward the doubtful side of playing Sunday, though his official status may not be known until Dallas announces its list of inactive players about 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Markquese Bell figures to be the top candidate to start at safety alongside Donovan Wilson if Thomas is not cleared to play.

Kneeland was limited in practice all week due to an ankle injury that he aggravated against the Panthers in Week 6. His status for Sunday's NFC East tilt may not be known until the Cowboys announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Carson has been a full participant in practice for two straight weeks, and the 2024 fifth-rounder has a chance to be reinstated from the Cowboys' injured reserve ahead of Sunday's NFC East clash. Carson opened the season on IR due to a knee injury that he sustained during training camp in late July. His return would be a welcome one for the Cowboys' secondary, given that Dallas will be without Trevon Diggs (concussion).

Mingo (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Mingo ended the week strong with a full practice Friday, and the third-year wideout has a chance to make his 2025 debut Sunday. Even if he does return, Mingo would likely work in a rotational role in the Cowboys' offense, given that CeeDee Lamb (ankle) and KaVontae Turpin (foot) have both been cleared to play in Sunday's NFC East tilt.
