Kirkwood reverted to the Ravens' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Kirkwood was elevated to Baltimore's active roster for Sunday's regular-season finale against Pittsburgh but ended up inactive during the loss. It was his lone elevation of 2025, and the veteran wide receiver has not appeared in a regular-season game since 2023 as a member of the Saints.

Sims reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Sims was elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 37-20 loss to the Rams, playing two snaps on offense and nine snaps with the special-teams unit, including two punt returns for 27 yards and three kick returns for 49 yards. The wide receiver played in the team's final three games of the regular season, compiling 236 kick-return yards and 32 yards on punt returns. Sims may now enter the offseason as a free agent.

Conner reverted to the Giants' practice squad and signed a reserve/future contract with New York on Monday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Conner spent the majority of the 2025 campaign with the Dolphins on both the active roster and practice squad and logged nine catches (on 15 targets) for 91 yards across nine regular-season games with Miami. He was cut by the Dolphins in mid-December but quickly found a home with the Giants on the practice squad, and he was elevated to the active roster for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Cowboys, though he didn't end up playing a single snap. Conner will stay with the Giants and participate in offseason activities with the hopes of earning a spot on the team's 53-man roster for the 2026 season.

Holiday reverted to the Chiefs' practice squad and signed a reserve/future contract with Kansas City on Monday, Charles Goldman of AtoZSports.com reports.

Holiday was elevated to the Chiefs' active roster for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Raiders, when he played one of 64 offensive snaps without showing up on the box score otherwise. He'll be on the Chiefs' 90-man roster during the offseason and will look to do enough during OTAs, minicamp and training camp to earn a spot on the team's 53-man roster for the 2026 season.

The Chiefs waived Buechele on Monday, Charles Goldman of AtoZSports.com reports.

Buechele spent the majority of the 2025 season on the Bills' practice squad before being signed to the Chiefs' active roster in late December. He served as Kansas City's backup quarterback for the final two games of the regular season behind Chris Oladokun, but Buechele ended up playing in the second half of Sunday's regular-season finale against the Raiders, when he completed seven of 14 passes for 88 yards while adding a four-yard carry. Assuming he clears waivers, Buechele will have the opportunity to reunite with the Bills on the practice squad or join another playoff team in need of a scout-team quarterback.

Head coach Ben Johnson told reporters Monday that Gardner-Johnson entered the league's concussion protocol following Sunday's 19-16 loss to the Lions, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.

His placement in concussion protocol has Gardner-Johnson facing an uphill battle to play in Saturday's NFC wild-card game against the Packers. Even if he were to log full practices this week, he would be prohibited from playing unless he cleared the league's concussion protocol by passing an evaluation from an independent neurologist. If Gardner-Johnson is unable to suit up, then Tyrique Stevenson, Nick McCloud (illness) and Jaylon Jones would be in line for more snaps in the secondary.

Head coach Ben Johnson said Monday that "the hope" is to open the 21-day practice window for Gordon (groin) this week, Jason Lieser of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Gordon has missed the minimum four games required while on injured reserve, which makes him eligible to be activated from IR ahead of Saturday's NFC wild-card game against the Packers. The 2022 second-rounder appears to be in the final stage of his recovery from a groin injury, but he would need to be activated from IR in order to play for the Bears in the postseason.

The NFL reinstated Perryman from a two-game suspension Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Perryman was handed a two-game suspension by the NFL in late December for "repeated violations of playing rules intended to protect the health and safety of players," per Daniel Popper of The Athletic. Perryman has served his suspension and will be available for the Chargers' wild-card game against the Patriots on Sunday. The veteran linebacker logged 47 tackles (30 solo) and three passes across 10 regular-season games.

The Broncos waived Lewis on Monday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Lewis was not with a team during training camp in July and August but joined the Broncos in late October. He spent time on both the practice squad and active roster and appeared in five regular-season games, though he did not record a single target despite logging snaps on offense. Lewis could opt to stay on the practice squad as Denver gears up for a postseason run.

The Broncos signed Ehlinger from the practice squad to the active roster Monday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Ehlinger has spent time on both the practice squad and active roster for Denver in 2025, serving as the team's QB3 behind Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham. Ehlinger figures to serve in that role in the divisional round.
