  • Theo Johnson TE | NYG

Giants' Theo Johnson: Blanked on two Week 16 targets

Johnson didn't catch either of his two targets in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Vikings.

Johnson was a non-factor as Jaxson Dart threw for just 33 yards. Prior to Sunday's goose egg, Johnson had caught at least three passes in eight consecutive games. Johnson will likely be more involved if the Giants turn to a more balanced approach in Week 17 against the Raiders after this run-heavy loss.

  • Jordan Addison WR | MIN

Vikings' Jordan Addison: Another two-catch outing

Addison caught two of three targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 16-13 win over the Giants.

Addison couldn't hold onto what would have been a 25-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter. He finished a distant second on the team in receiving yards behind Justin Jefferson (85). Minnesota's passing game will be tough to trust Thursday against the Lions, especially if rookie Max Brosmer is thrust into his second NFL start. Brosmer entered after J.J. McCarthy (hand) left Sunday's win in the second quarter.

  • Browns' Shedeur Sanders: Takes his lumps in loss

Sanders completed 20 of 29 passes for 157 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions while adding four rushes for 49 yards in the Browns' 23-20 loss to the Bills on Sunday.

To his credit, Sanders kept the Browns in contention against Josh Allen and company for most of the afternoon despite short-circuiting a pair of drives with interceptions. However, Sanders could arguably be mostly exonerated in both instances, as the first came on a deflection off the hands of Quinshon Judkins (leg/ankle) and the second was tipped at the line of scrimmage. Sanders connected with his favorite target, fellow rookie Harold Fannin, for his one TD toss from 13 yards out to open the scoring in the first quarter, but he has just a 1:5 TD:INT in his last pair of contests. The rookie fifth-round pick will next tangle with the Steelers' veteran defense in a Week 17 home matchup next Sunday.

  • Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Accounts for 19 of Dart's 33 yards

Robinson caught three of six targets for 19 yards and added a three-yard rush in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Vikings.

Robinson caught Jaxson Dart's only first-half completion for a two-yard gain as the Giants went with a run-heavy game plan. Dart ultimately threw for only 33 yards. Robinson is the top option in the Giants' depleted passing offense, and he had at least eight targets in six consecutive games prior to Sunday's downturn in volume. He'll have a nice opportunity to bounce back in Week 17 against the Raiders.

  • Broncos' Delarrin Turner-Yell: Done for the day

Turner-Yell (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Turner-Yell is officially done for the day after having picked up a knee injury in the first half. With the 26-year-old sidelined, JL Skinner and Devon Key will be left as Denver's only options at safety for the remainder of the matchup.

  • Brandin Echols CB | PIT

Steelers' Brandin Echols: Ruled out with groin injury

Echols (groin) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Lions, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Echols sustained a groin injury in the first half of Sunday's game and was quickly ruled out. Asante Samuel will likely take over at slot cornerback for the injured starter.

  • Darren Waller TE | MIA

Dolphins' Darren Waller: Three grabs in lopsided loss

Waller brought in three of five targets for 40 yards in the Dolphins' 45-21 loss to the Bengals on Sunday.

Waller couldn't fully exploit what has been the most favorable matchup in the league for tight ends this season, although he did contribute a 22-yard grab on one of his three catches. The veteran tight end was working with rookie quarterback Quinn Ewers for the first time, and given they flashed some solid chemistry, Waller could be set for even more work against another defense that tends to give up production to his position, that of the Buccaneers, in a Week 17 home matchup.

  • Giants' Devin Singletary: Gets 11 carries to Tracy's 16

Singletary rushed 11 times for 47 yards and caught his only target for minus-1 yard in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Vikings.

Singletary played second fiddle to Tyrone Tracy, who turned 16 carries and two targets into 78 scrimmage yards. Despite Tracy working in the lead role, Singletary has notched double-digit touches in six of the past seven games in the Giants' run-heavy offense. Both running backs could find success in Week 17 against the vulnerable Raiders defense.

  • Jake Ferguson TE | DAL

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Just three grabs in Sunday's loss

Ferguson caught three of four targets for 19 yards in Sunday's 34-17 loss to the Chargers.

For the second straight game and the fourth time in the last eight contests, Ferguson failed to reach 20 receiving yards. After a fantastic start to the season, the fourth-year tight end has faded away, managing a poor 29-155-1 line on 40 targets during that eight-game span. He'll look to find a spark in Week 17 against the Commanders.

  • George Pickens WR | DAL

Cowboys' George Pickens: Bounces back in loss to Bolts

Pickens caught seven of nine targets for 130 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-17 loss to the Chargers.

After a three-game stretch in which Pickens had posted a 14-158-0 line on 28 targets while CeeDee Lamb took center stage in the Cowboys' aerial attack, Pickens surged back to the forefront Sunday, capping his fifth 100-yard performance of the season with a 38-yard TD strike from Dak Prescott in the second quarter. Pickens has already put together a career-best campaign with 88 catches on 129 targets for 1,342 yards and nine touchdowns, and he'll look to stay locked in against the Commanders in Week 17.
