John Wolford QB | MIN
John Wolford: Reverts to practice squad
Wolford reverted to the Vikings' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Wolford was elevated to the Vikings' active roster for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, when he served as Minnesota's backup quarterback behind Max Brosmer due to the absence of J.J. McCarthy (concussion). Wolford didn't up playing during Sunday's 26-0 loss, and with McCarthy expected to clear the league's concussion protocol, the former is unlikely to be elevated to the Vikings' active roster for their Week 14 clash against the Commanders.

Trayveon Williams RB | DET
Trayveon Williams: Back with practice squad
Williams reverted to the Chargers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Williams elevated for the third game in a row ahead of Sunday's 31-14 win over the Raiders, failing to record any stats while playing 14 snaps on special teams. The running back didn't garner an offensive snap while Kimani Vidal (51) and Jaret Patterson (15) operated ahead of him in the backfield. With Omarion Hampton (ankle) nearing a return to action, Williams will likely remain on the practice squad or operate in an extreme depth role moving forward.

Keleki Latu TE | BUF
Keleki Latu: Returns to practice squad
Latu reverted to the Bills' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Latu was elevated to the Bills' active roster for Sunday's game against the Steelers due to the absence of Dalton Kincaid (hamstring), though the former played just four of 74 offensive snaps. It was the third time Latu was elevated from the practice squad, which means he would have to be signed to Buffalo's active roster in order to continue to play for the team this season.

Pharaoh Brown TE | IND
Pharaoh Brown: Placed back on practice squad
The Cardinals reverted Brown to their practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Brown got his third straight elevation ahead of Sunday's loss to Tampa Bay and played seven of Arizona's 61 offensive snaps along with seven snaps on special teams. He didn't get any targets, which was also the case in his first two appearances this season. Since Brown has been elevated the maximum three times, he'll need to be signed to the active roster in order to suit up again with the Cardinals during the regular season.

Deven Thompkins WR | LV
Falcons' Deven Thompkins: Back to practice squad
Thompkins reverted to the Falcons' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Thompkins was elevated to the Falcons' active roster for a second straight game due to the absence of Drake London (knee). Thompkins played just nine of 69 offensive snaps during the Falcons' 27-24 loss to the Jets on Sunday, but he made the most of his limited playing time as he caught both of his targets for 23 yards while adding a five-yard rush. He also played five snaps on special teams and turned three kickoff returns into 63 yards. Thompkins is eligible to be elevated from Atlanta's practice squad once more this season, and that could come as soon as Week 14 against the Seahawks this Sunday if London is not cleared to return.

Collin Oliver LB | GB
Packers' Collin Oliver: Practice window opened
Oliver (hamstring) had his practice window opened Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Oliver has been sidelined since suffering a hamstring injury during training camp, and the team will now have 21 days to activate him from the reserve/PUP list, or he'll remain sidelined for the rest of the year. The defensive end has yet to make his professional debut after being selected in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
-
Chandler Martin LB | NYG
Chandler Martin: Slated for season-ending surgery
Martin needs surgery to repair his ACL and will miss the remainder of the 2025 campaign, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Martin was elevated from the practice squad each of the past three weeks and tallied 34 special-teams snaps for the Ravens during that span, recording five tackles. However, it appears he tore his ACL on Thanksgiving against Cincinnati, and he will thus see his campaign come to a close. The typical recovery time from ACL surgery is at least nine months, so Martin may not be ready for training camp next year.

Ben Bartch OT | DET
49ers' Ben Bartch: Heading to IR with foot sprain
Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters Monday that Bartch will be placed on injured deserve after spraining his foot during the 49ers' 26-8 win over the Browns on Sunday, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.
A stint on injured reserve requires a player to miss at least the next four games. With the 49ers on a bye Week 14, Bartch wouldn't be eligible to be activated from IR until the playoffs, assuming San Francisco qualifies for the postseason. Spencer Burford is slated to start at left guard for at least the rest of the regular season in Bartch's absence.
-
Brenton Cox Jr. DE | GB
Packers' Brenton Cox: Designated to return from IR
Cox (groin) was designated to return from injured reserve Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Cox has been sidelined since suffering a groin injury in the team's Week 1 win over the Lions, but he's now geared up to make his return to the practice field. The Packers will now have a 21-day window to activate the 25-year-old or he'll remain on IR for the rest of the year.

Tyler Guyton OT | DAL
Cowboys' Tyler Guyton: Doesn't practice Monday
Guyton (ankle) did not participate in Monday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Guyton was diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain following the Cowboys' Week 12 overtime win over the Eagles. The injury prevented him from playing against the Chiefs on Thanksgiving Day, and the second-year offensive lineman faces an uphill battle to be cleared to play Thursday against the Lions. Nate Thomas would be slated to start at left tackle for a second consecutive game if Guyton is ruled out.
