Chip Trayanum RB | NYJ
Jets' Chip Trayanum: Picked up by Jets
Trayanum signed with the Jets as an undrafted free agent Friday.
Trayanum made four stops during his six-year college career, ultimately breaking out in 2025 with Toledo by rushing 182 times for 1,015 yards (5.6 YPC) and 12 touchdowns while adding 21 receptions for 212 yards and two scores. He's a bigger running back (5-foot-11, 224 pounds) who ran an impressive 4.50 40-yard dash for his size. He'll have a difficult time securing a roster spot, however, as Breece Hall, Braelon Allen (knee) and Isaiah Davis are all on the roster heading into the offseason program.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Cardinals' Jacoby Brissett: Still absent, but dialogue ongoing
Brissett remains absent from the Cardinals' offseason program, but coach Mike LaFleur said Friday that the veteran quarterback has "played a lot of football, and we're in communication," Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports. "He knows what the expectation is," LaFleur added.
In the wake of Arizona releasing Kyler Murray and then signing only Gardner Minshew in free agency, Brissett wasn't given an assurances that he'd be the team's starting signal-caller in 2026, per Weinfuss. Brissett thus has stayed away from the early stages of the offseason program as he seeks a raise to starter-level money, as his current contract includes just $1.5 million in guarantees, while Minshew's deal ensures $5.14 million this season. Brissett went only 1-11 as the Cardinals' starting QB in 2025, but he took advantage of high volume in those contests, completing 315 of 484 passes (65.1 percent) for 3,366 yards, 23 touchdowns and eight interceptions. The team added Carson Beck in the third round of this year's draft, but according to Weinfuss's report Friday, Brissett has been informed by the Cards that he's the starter for 2026.

DT Sheffield WR | NYJ
Jets' DT Sheffield: Headed to New York
The Jets signed Sheffield as an undrafted free agent Friday, Jack Bell and John Pullano of the team's official site report.
Sheffield played a season apiece at Washington State and North Texas before ending his college career at Rutgers. The wide receiver totaled 44 receptions for 557 yards and five touchdowns over 12 games in 2025. Sheffield's speed and suddenness mean that if he can produce at training camp, he may have a chance to see a few targets a year as a field-stretching option.

Jets' Malik McClain: Joins New York
The Jets signed McClain as an undrafted free agent Friday, Jack Bell and John Pullano of the team's official site report.
McClain played for Florida State and Penn State before finishing his college career with Arizona State. The wide receiver caught 31 receptions for 441 yards and one touchdown over 13 games in 2025, with his one score coming via a 42-yard reception on a trick play against Texas. Amidst a packed wide-receiver depth chart, McClain will really have to show out at training camp to survive cutdown day.

Caullin Lacy WR | NYJ
Jets' Caullin Lacy: Signs with New York
The Jets signed Lacy as an undrafted free agent Friday, Jack Bell and John Pullano of the team's official site report.
Lacy played four years with South Alabama before transferring to Louisville for the final two years of his collegiate career. The wide receiver caught 60 receptions for 635 yards and two touchdowns over 13 games in 2025. Lacy is undersized, but his vision and acceleration could potentially earn him a gadget role as the No. 4 or 5 receiver on an NFL roster.

Desmond Reid RB | BUF
Bills' Desmond Reid: Joining Buffalo
The Bills signed Reid as an undrafted free agent Friday, Alec White and Maddy Glab of the team's official site report.
Reid played his first two collegiate seasons at Western Carolina before ending his career with two seasons at the University of Pittsburgh. The running back carried the ball 60 times for 278 yards and two touchdowns, adding 23 catches for 317 yards and two more scores over seven games in 2025. Reid's smaller frame makes him more injury-prone, but he is an explosive athlete who can line up anywhere and make plays in space. If the Bills are looking for someone to take over for Khalil Shakir at punt returner, Reid may have a path to a regular-season roster spot.
-
Giants' Damon Bankston: Signs with Giants
The Giants signed Bankston as an undrafted free agent Friday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
Bankston had a career season during his lone college campaign with New Mexico in 2025. The running back finished with 114 rushes for 635 yards and five touchdowns and added 31 receptions for 397 yards and another three scores over 13 games. Bankston's 4.43-second 40-yard dash at New Mexico's pro day made him an alluring target for a Giants team looking for extra depth at running back. Cam Skattebo (ankle), Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary will likely consume the overwhelming majority of running back touches in 2026, leaving special teams as the likeliest path to playing time for Bankston if he latches on to a roster spot.

Bears' Miller Moss: Reunited with Williams in Chicago
The Bears signed Moss as an undrafted free agent Friday, Larry Mayer of the team's official site reports.
Moss ended his collegiate career at Louisville, but he was the No. 2 quarterback at USC for the 2022 season. Caleb Williams will now be reunited with his former backup as he heads into his third season in the NFL. Moss completed 64.2 percent of his passes for 2,679 yards, 16 touchdowns and seven interceptions over 12 games for Louisville in 2025. With Tyson Bagent and Case Keenum already on the Bears' quarterback depth chart, Moss' potential likely caps out as a scout-team contributor who synergizes well with Williams as he continues to cement himself as a starter in the league.

Hayden Large TE | CHI
Bears' Hayden Large: Headed to Chicago
The Bears signed Large as an undrafted free agent Friday, Larry Mayer of the team's official site reports.
Large played three years at Dordt before transferring to Iowa for his remaining three collegiate seasons. The tight end logged eight starts among his 12 appearances in 2025, gathering eight receptions for 52 receiving yards. The 24-year-old has minimal upside as a pass catcher, but he brings a reputation as a superior run blocker. If his physicality holds up against NFL defenders, Large could carve out a depth role on a Bears team that prioritized a physical run game in 2025.

Pat Bryant WR | DEN
Broncos' Pat Bryant: Spent offseason with training staff
Bryant said Friday that he spent almost the entire offseason in Denver rehabbing his hamstring injury and working with the training staff, Parker Gabriel of the Denver Post reports.
Bryant was injured in Denver's season-ending loss to the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game. The 2025 third-round pick had 31 catches for 378 yards and one TD on 49 targets in 15 games during his rookie regular season. Bryant has regained health but will need to impress the coaching staff throughout training camp and the preseason to earn a prominent role in a deep wide receiver room that Denver bolstered by trading for Jaylen Waddle in the offseason while retaining Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin (hamstring), Marvin Mims and Bryant.
