Jacobs' knee injury isn't believed to be season-ending, but he'll undergo additional testing Monday to determine the extent of the issue, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

After visiting the sideline tent in the first quarter of Sunday's eventual win at the Giants, Jacobs returned to action for a brief spell before the Packers ruled him out not long after halftime. He thus finished Week 11 action with seven carries for 40 yards while not catching his only target. No. 2 RB Emanuel Wilson took advantage of his touches, turning 12 into 49 yards from scrimmage and one rushing TD. Wilson and, to a lesser extent, Chris Brooks would stand to benefit if Jacobs misses any time.

Allgeier logged three carries for 10 yards and a touchdown and added two catches on as many targets for six yards during the Falcons' 30-27 overtime loss to the Panthers on Sunday.

Allgeier logged 11 carries during the Falcons' Week 10 OT loss to the Cardinals, but he was far less involved in the running game during Sunday's loss. Bijan Robinson led the way for the Falcons with 143 yards and two rushing touchdowns on 27 touches, but Allgeier punched in a one-yard touchdown run of his own late in the second quarter to salvage his fantasy production. Allgeier is now up to seven rushing touchdowns through 10 regular-season games, which is as many as he accumulated across the 2023 and 2024 regular seasons combined. Next up for the Falcons is a Week 12 road clash against the Saints on Sunday, Nov. 23.

Gainwell rushed nine times for 24 yards while catching seven of eight targets for 81 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-12 win over the Bengals.

Gainwell capped the opening drive with an 11-yard receiving touchdown. Jaylen Warren played only one snap after hurting his ankle in the third quarter, opening the door for Gainwell to play a larger role. Gainwell didn't find much running room but continued to make significant contributions as a pass catcher out of the backfield, including by notching a five-yard touchdown catch in the fourth quarter on a pass from Mason Rudolph, who replaced Aaron Rodgers (left wrist) at halftime. If Warren is unavailable or limited in Week 12, Gainwell could take on a hefty workload against the Bears.

Ayomanor (hamstring) brought in two of six targets for 11 yards in the Titans' 16-13 loss to the Texans.

Ayomanor dealt with a hamstring issue late in the contest, per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site, with his status going forward of note, considering the Titans lost both Calvin Ridley (leg) and Chimere Dike (concussion/chest) to injuries within Sunday's game. Ayomanor hasn't recorded more than four receptions or 56 yards in any game this season, but assuming he's available, he'll be in line for an expanded role moving forward due to Ridley already being ruled out for the season and Dike potentially sidelined for a Week 12 home matchup against the Seahawks next Sunday.

Moore caught two of five targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 16-13 overtime loss to the Dolphins.

Moore was able to record his first two catches since Week 7, operating in a more significant role Sunday due to Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Treylon Burks (finger) being unavailable. The wide receiver finished tied for third on the team in catches and third in receiving yards, but his performance doesn't inspire a lot of confidence for fantasy managers moving forward.

Warren rushed 10 times for 62 yards and caught both of his targets for five yards in Sunday's 34-12 win over the Bengals, but he played only one snap after suffering an ankle injury in the third quarter, Alan Saunders of Pittsburgh Steelers Now reports.

Warren exited in the third quarter to be evaluated for an ankle injury, per Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com. Kenneth Gainwell took advantage of Warren's early exit, compiling 105 scrimmage yards and two receiving touchdowns on 16 touches. Gainwell's first touchdown came two plays after a 35-yard Warren run on the opening drive. Warren has rushed for 189 yards in two games against Cincinnati's suspect run defense this season while averaging a shade under 50 rushing yards in seven other games. An update on Warren's ankle injury will surface no later than Wednesday, when the Steelers begin practicing ahead of a Week 12 road game against the Bears.

Meyers caught five passes (on six targets) for 64 yards during the Jaguars' 35-6 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

In his second game in a Jaguars uniform, Meyers operated as the team's WR1 due to the absence of Brian Thomas (ankle). Meyers finished Sunday's contest leading both teams in receptions and yards, though it was Tim Patrick who hauled in the Jaguars' lone touchdown pass from Trevor Lawrence. Meyers has an 8-97-0 line (on nine targets) through his first two games as a Jaguar and has accumulated 38 catches (on 55 targets) for 416 yards through eight regular-season games. His volume will likely take a hit if Thomas is cleared to return for Jacksonville's Week 12 road clash against Arizona next Sunday.

Lake (elbow) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's contest against the Seahawks.

Lake is dealing with an apparent elbow injury which will keep him sidelined for the rest of Week 11. The 26-year-old operates as the Rams' primary slot cornerback, so in his absence, Roger McCreary could stand to take over in that role.

Higgins secured four catches (on seven targets) for 55 yards during Sunday's 16-13 win in Tennessee.

In three games since Nico Collins returned to the lineup after he was absent Week 8 due to a concussion, Higgins' target count has gone from one in Week 9 to seven in back-to-back contests. Higgins thus appears to have settled into the No. 2 WR role in the Texans offense with QB Davis Mills filling in for C.J. Stroud (concussion), which has resulted in a combined 9-97-1 line for the rookie second-round pick over the last two outings. Higgins will look to maintain his usage Thursday against the Bills.

Wilson rushed 11 times for 40 yards and brought in his only target for nine yards in the Packers' 27-20 win over the Giants on Sunday. He also caught a two-point conversion pass.

Wilson helmed the ground attack following the first-half exit of Josh Jacobs due to a knee injury, and the former did a serviceable job with his opportunities. Wilson also caught a critical two-point conversion pass with 4:20 remaining that gave the Packers a seven-point lead that ultimately held up, and he'll be in line to handle the lead role again in a Week 12 home divisional clash against the Vikings next Sunday if Jacobs is sidelined.
