Jaxson Dart QB | NYG
Giants' Jaxson Dart: Concussion confirmed
Dart was diagnosed with a concussion and won't return to Sunday's contest in Chicago, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Dart took a big hit at the end of a seven-yard quarterback keeper and was wobbly as he went to the sideline and eventually the locker room. With a concussion confirmed, he'll be subject to the protocol for head injuries to be able to suit up again. He'll finish Week 10 action with 241 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions on 19-of-29 passing, six carries for 66 yards and two TDs and a lost fumble. Russell Wilson will direct the Giants offense for as long as Dart is sidelined.

Jaire Alexander CB | PHI
Eagles' Jaire Alexander: Won't play Monday night
Alexander (knee/coach's decision) will not travel with the team for Monday night's matchup with the Packers and will be considered inactive.
Alexander was a healthy scratch for his last two games with the Ravens before being traded to the Eagles, so his absence is likely more a coach's decision than a knee issue. The Eagles want to get him "acclimated to their defensive system" and "up to speed on his knee maintenance," per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. For now, his absence should leave Adoree' Jackson and Kelee Ringo as Philly's options on the outside opposite Quinyon Mitchell.

Chauncey Gardner-Johnson SAF | BUF
Bears' C.J. Gardner-Johnson: Exits game with foot injury
Gardner-Johnson (foot) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Giants.
Gardner-Johnson was taken to the locker room, where he'll have his foot injury evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. Nick McCloud is slated to step into the slot corner position as long as Gardner-Johnson is out of the game.

Jaxson Dart QB | NYG
Giants' Jaxson Dart: Being checked for head injury
Dart is under evaluation for a possible concussion during Sunday's contest at Chicago, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
On a designed quarterback run in the third quarter, Dart gained seven yards before taking a big hit and losing a fumble. He was hobbling as he made his way to the sideline before visiting the blue medical tent and eventually the locker room. Dart had completed 19 of 29 passes for 241 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions and turned six rushes into 66 yards and two touchdowns when he departed the game. Russell Wilson took over for Dart under center.

Rakeem Nunez-Roches DT | TB
Giants' Rakeem Nunez-Roches: Dealing with toe injury
Nunez-Roches has a toe injury and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bears, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
The defensive lineman had one tackle before exiting. Darius Alexander should be next in line to replace him.
-
Jonathan Greenard LB | PHI
Vikings' Jonathan Greenard: Won't return to Week 10 game
Greenard (shoulder) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's matchup against Baltimore.
Greenard hurt his shoulder during the third quarter of the contest and, upon evaluation, has been deemed unable to return. He'll finish Sunday with two tackles (one solo) and a defensed pass. Dallas Turner should log more defensive snaps with Greenard done for the day.

Keion White DE | SF
49ers' Keion White: Cleared to play vs. Rams
White (groin) is active for Sunday's game against the Rams, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
A groin issue limited White's practice participation Thursday and Friday, but he has the green light to play Sunday after going through pregame warmups. He'll work with Robert Beal and Clelin Ferrell in a rotational role at defensive end behind starters Bryce Huff and Sam Okuayinonu.

Alfred Collins DT | SF
49ers' Alfred Collins: Won't play Week 10
Collins (hip) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
Collins appeared on Thursday's practice report as a DNP due to a hip injury, which also prevented him from practicing Friday. The injury is severe enough for him to be sidelined for Sunday's NFC West tilt, which means there are more snaps at defensive tackle available for the likes of Jordan Elliott, Kevin Givens and CJ West. Collins will look to progress enough in his recovery to be available for Week 11 against the Cardinals on Sunday, Nov. 16.
