  • Nate Hobbs CB | GB

Packers' Nate Hobbs: Likely done for the season

Head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters Wednesday that Hobbs (knee) is likely out for the rest of the season, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

The 26-year-old corner sustained a knee injury in the Week 17 loss to the Ravens, and it now appears serious enough to sideline him for the remainder of the season. Hobbs struggled to stay healthy in his first year as a Packer, recording 31 total tackles and two passes defensed across 11 games. While he's likely out for the rest of Green Bay's 2025 campaign, expect Keisean Nixon and Carrington Valentine to operate as the team's top boundary cornerback duo.

  • Dawson Knox TE | BUF

Bills' Dawson Knox: Limited listing on tap

Knox (knee) will be listed as limited in Wednesday's walk-through, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

As will Dalton Kincaid (knee), with both tight ends now having two more chances to upgrade to full participation before the Bills post their Week 18 injury designations Friday. It remains to be seen how the team plans to proceed with its banged up players as Sunday's regular-season finale against the Jets approaches, with Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com noting Wednesday that at this stage coach Sean McDermott hasn't provided any updates on who will or won't be playing this weekend.

  • Jordan Love QB | GB

Packers' Jordan Love: Still in protocol, some starters to rest

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said Wednesday that Love (shoulder/concussion) will practice but remains in the NFL's five-step protocol for brain injuries, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Love was listed as a limited participant at all three of Green Bay's practice sessions prior to being ruled out for the team's loss to Baltimore in Week 17, in which backup Malik Willis (shoulder) also suffered an injury late, leading to third-string quarterback Clayton Tune taking the field. Per Zach Kruse of USA Today, LaFleur confirmed Wednesday that some starters will be held out of Sunday's regular-season finale against the Vikings, since the Packers are already locked into the No. 7 playoff seed in the NFC. While LaFleur declined to specify which starters won't play, it could make sense to allow both Love and Willis time to get healthy for the postseason, even if one or both are cleared to play Week 18. Green Bay is signing Desmond Ridder to the practice squad Wednesday, a move that provides the team with additional depth alongside Tune in case Love and/or Willis are unavailable versus Minnesota.

  • Dalton Kincaid TE | BUF

Bills' Dalton Kincaid: To be limited in walk-through

Kincaid (knee) will be listed as limited in Wednesday's walk-through, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

The same goes for fellow TE Dawson Knox (knee). Kincaid was inactive for the Bills' 13-12 loss to the Eagles in Week 17, and at this stage it's plausible that the team could elect to err on the side of caution with their top tight end in Week 18, with Kincaid still managing his knee issue ahead of Sunday's regular-season finale against the Jets. Per Alec White of the team's official site, the Bills are currently the No. 7 playoff seed in the AFC and are still in play to be the No. 5 or No. 6 seed depending on how things transpire this weekend.

  • DaQuan Jones DT | BUF

Bills' DaQuan Jones: Won't practice Wednesday

Jones (calf) won't participate in Wednesday's walkthrough practice, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

Jones missed the Bills' Week 17 loss to the Eagles due to a lingering calf injury, and Wednesday's DNP suggests he's still managing the issue. The 34-year-old likely needs to upgrade to at least limited practice Thursday or Friday in order to play in Sunday's matchup against the Jets. If he's sidelined for the second consecutive game, expect rookie T.J. Sanders to have an expanded role on the Bills' defensive line.

  • Jordan Poyer FS | BUF

    Bills' Jordan Poyer: Sidelined Wednesday

Poyer (hamstring) won't participate in Wednesday's walkthrough practice, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

The 34-year-old was sidelined for the Week 17 loss to the Eagles due to a hamstring issue, and Wednesday's DNP suggests he's still dealing with the injury. Poyer likely needs to upgrade to full practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation in Sunday's matchup against the Jets, though he may be rested with the Patriots having already secured the AFC East title.

  • Joey Bosa DE | BUF

Bills' Joey Bosa: Won't practice Wednesday

Bosa (hamstring) will not participate in Wednesday's walkthrough practice, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

Bosa has played through a hamstring injury since late November, so Wednesday's DNP is likely precautionary. The 30-year-old from Ohio State has appeared in 15 games this season, recording 29 total tackles, including 5.0 sacks, five forced fumbles and two passes defensed. He likely needs to upgrade to limited practice Thursday or Friday in order to play in Sunday's matchup against the Jets. However, the Bills may rest some of their starters with the AFC East title now out of reach.

  • Josh Allen QB | BUF

Bills' Josh Allen: Won't participate in walk-through

Coach Sean McDermott noted Wednesday that it looks like Allen (foot) is "moving in the right direction" as Sunday's regular-season finale against the Jets approaches, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

That said, Allen won't participate in Wednesday's walk-through. Per Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com, McDermott didn't provide any updates on who will or won't be playing Sunday. According to Alec White of the team's official site, as Week 18 action approaches, the Bills are currently the No. 7 playoff seed in the AFC and are still in play to be the No. 5 or No. 6 seed depending on how things shake out this weekend.

  • Ed Oliver DT | BUF

Bills' Ed Oliver: Undergoes knee procedure

Coach Sean McDermott said Wednesday that Oliver (biceps) underwent surgery Monday to have his meniscus in his knee repaired, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

The injury occurred while Oliver was rehabbing his torn biceps. It's unclear at this point if Oliver has a chance to play again this season during the playoffs. Oliver has appeared in just three games this season due to various injuries. Deone Walker, Larry Ogunjobi, DaQuan Jones (calf) and Jordan Phillips (ankle) will continue to see heavy snaps at defensive tackle for Buffalo.

  • Terrel Bernard LB | BUF

Bills' Terrel Bernard: Logs DNP on Wednesday

Bernard (calf) won't participate in Wednesday's walkthrough practice, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

Bernard's absence Wednesday comes as no surprise, as he's already been ruled out for the Week 18 matchup against the Jets due to a calf injury. Both Dorian Williams and Joe Andreessen could have expanded roles in Buffalo's linebacker corps while Bernard is sidelined Sunday.
