Mack Hollins WR | NE
Patriots' Mack Hollins: Quiet but on field often in Week 2
Hollins caught both of his targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 20-3 victory over Pittsburgh.
After leading the Patriots with 51 receiving yards on four catches in the team's season opener, Hollins had a more subdued performance versus the Steelers. The veteran wideout was nonetheless on the field often, logging 39 of New England's 55 offensive snaps -- most among the club's wideouts (Romeo Doubs was second with 37 offensive snaps). Although Doubs and DeMario Douglas were listed as the Patriots' starting wideouts, Douglas logged just 26 offensive snaps, so Hollins may have at least temporarily leapfrogged him in the pecking order.

Nick Muse TE | ATL
Falcons' Nick Muse: Limited in estimated practice
Muse (shoulder) was a limited participant in Monday's estimated practice, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Muse likely sustained his shoulder injury in the Falcons' loss to the Panthers on Sunday. The tight end was listed as limited, meaning there is a chance he could work through the injury and upgrade to full participation by Wednesday to dodge an injury designation ahead of Thursday night's game against the Packers.

Max Melton CB | ARI
Cardinals' Max Melton: Avoids major injury
Melton (toe) is considered to be day-to-day ahead of Week 3, Howard Balzer of USA Today reports.
Melton sustained a toe injury on his left foot in the second half of the team's 31-7 loss to Seattle on Sunday, and he was unable to return to the contest. He appears to have avoided a major injury, and his status at practice Wednesday will shed a better light on his chances to play Week 3 at San Francisco.

Aaron Donald DE | LAR
Rams' Aaron Donald: Active for Week 2
Donald is active for Monday's game against the Giants, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
It was anticipated that Donald would suit up Monday, and he will officially do so for the first time since January of 2024. Donald is expected to be limited to around 30 snaps, so while he will be in uniform it appears he will not handle a full workload.
-
Micah McFadden LB | NYG
Giants' Micah McFadden: Won't play in Week 2
McFadden (neck) is inactive for Monday's game against the Rams, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
McFadden was limited in practice all week by a neck injury, but he's ultimately been ruled out for Monday's game after going through pregame warmups. He played solely on special teams during the Giants' Week 1 win over the Cowboys, but his absence means Jack Kelly will be the primary depth option at inside linebacker behind Tremaine Edmunds and rookie first-rounder Arvell Reese. McFadden's next chance to play is Week 3 against the Titans on Sept. 27.
-
Will Johnson CB | ARI
Cardinals' Will Johnson: Could be set for long-term absence
Johnson (neck) may be forced to miss the remainder of the 2026 season, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Johnson suffered a neck injury in the second half of Sunday's 31-7 loss to the Seahawks, and he was unable to return to the contest. Head coach Mike LaFleur outlined Monday that it is a significant injury for the cornerback, placing doubt on his availability for the rest of the campaign. In Johnson's absence, Garrett Williams (Achilles) will likely start opposite of Denzel Burke in Arizona's secondary, once healthy.
-
Brandon Dorlus DE | ATL
Falcons' Brandon Dorlus: Limited in Monday's practice
Dorlus (thumb) was a limited participant in Monday's estimated practice, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Dorlus was listed as questionable to return after exiting Sunday's loss to the Panthers early with a thumb injury. The starting defensive lineman still appears to be dealing with the issue, but if he continues to log limited or full practice sessions Tuesday and Wednesday, there is a strong chance the 25-year-old will suit up for Thursday night's primetime game against the Packers.
-
Konata Mumpfield WR | LAR
Rams' Konata Mumpfield: Poised for bigger role sans Nacua
With Puka Nacua (hip) inactive, Mumpfield is expected to serve as the Rams' WR2 behind Davante Adams against the Giants on Monday, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports.
Jordan Whittington (quadriceps) is also inactive, so Mumpfield is expected to take on a larger role on offense for Monday's game, though the Rams will also likely lean more heavily on tight ends Colby Parkinson, Tyler Higbee and Terrance Ferguson in 13-man personnel. Mumpfield failed to haul in his lone target while logging 16 offensive snaps during the Rams' Week 1 loss to the 49ers.
-
Bo Melton WR | GB
Packers' Bo Melton: Full participant in Monday's estimation
Melton (neck) was a full participant in Monday's estimated practice, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Melton exited last Sunday's overtime win over the Jets early with a stinger. The kick returner is expected to be all set to practice at full capacity Tuesday as the team prepares for Thursday's primetime game against the Falcons.

Davante Adams WR | LAR
Rams' Davante Adams: No. 1 WR with Nacua inactive
Adams will serve as the Rams' No. 1 WR on Monday versus the Giants with Puka Nacua (hip) inactive, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports.
Nacua showed up on the Rams' injury report Friday as a non-participant due to a hip injury and sat out again Saturday before the team termed him questionable for Week 2 action. He began trending the wrong way to play as the weekend went on, though, and now that Nacua is officially out, Adams should have unfettered access to passes from QB Matthew Stafford on Monday. In the one game in which Nacua missed last season (Week 7 at Jacksonville), Adams took full advantage of his eight targets, turning them into five catches for 35 yards and three touchdowns.
