Knight stopped 32 of 33 shots in Thursday's 3-1 loss to the Oilers.

Knight allowed just one of the three goals conceded by the Blackhawks, who got eliminated from playoff contention with the loss. The opening goal was actually allowed by Arvid Soderblom, who replaced Knight briefly in the second period due to an equipment issue, and the final goal was an empty-netter. Knight has dropped each of his last five starts, going 0-3-2 with a 3.47 GAA and a .901 save percentage over that span.
