Pettersson (upper body) will be activated off injured reserve and play against San Jose on Saturday, Adam Kierszenblat of The Hockey News reports.
Pettersson missed eight straight games due to the injury. Now that he's back, he'll presumably play on the top line and first power-play unit. He has eight goals and 22 points in 28 appearances in 2025-26.
