Kane sustained a laceration to his forearm late in the third period of Tuesday's game versus the Avalanche, but the injury is not expected to be significant, Iain MacIntyre of Sportsnet reports.
Kane was cut by a skate, but head coach Adam Foote wasn't overly concerned after the contest. Kane can be considered day-to-day for now, but it's possible he'll be able to play Friday versus the Mammoth.
