Lazar (lower body) will not play Sunday against the Islanders, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.
Lazar was injured Saturday against Ottawa but the extent of his injury isn't known at this time. The 29-year-old has just six goals and 21 points through 66 games this season. His next chance to play will be Tuesday in Toronto.
