Allen will patrol the home crease Monday against Utah, according to Devils play-by-play announcer Bill Spaulding.
Allen will get the first half of New Jersey's back-to-back, and Jacob Markstrom will play in Tuesday's road start versus Carolina. The 34-year-old Allen stopped 17 shots in a 3-1 win over Buffalo on Oct. 5 during his 2024-25 debut. Utah is tied for the league lead with 16 goals through three games this campaign.
