Meier scored a goal on a game-high eight shots in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sabres.
Meier was held off the scoresheet in the season opener, but he was able to chip in with an insurance tally in the second contest. The winger has added 10 shots, three hits and three blocked shots. Meier is firmly in a top-six role and healthy after undergoing shoulder surgery in April, giving him a chance to put together a better season than the 52-point effort he put forth in 2023-24.
