Holtz notched an assist and five shots on goal in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Blues.
Holtz entered the lineup with Mitch Marner (personal) away from the team. Holtz saw 14:04 of ice time, none of which came on the power play. The 24-year-old winger has some talent but has yet to consistently display it at the NHL level. Once Marner's back, Holtz will be battling for a depth role if he isn't reassigned to AHL Henderson.
