Fensore was recalled from AHL Chicago on Sunday.

Fensore made his NHL debut last year by making two appearances for the Hurricanes in mid-April, and he'll rejoin the Hurricanes after Charles-Alexis Legault was sent down Sunday. He's gotten off to a hot start in the minors, recording three goals, four assists and a minus-2 rating over four AHL appearances to begin the year.
