Stillman was recalled from AHL Chicago on Sunday.
Carolina returned Ryan Suzuki to the minors in a corresponding move. Stillman has appeared in one game with the Hurricanes this season, collecting one shot on goal, two hits and five PIM in Tuesday's 4-0 win over the Rangers.
