Lambert was summoned from AHL Manitoba on Monday.
Lambert hasn't earned a point in four NHL outings this season while posting one shot on goal, four blocked shots and five hits. The 21-year-old Lambert will provide Winnipeg with an extra forward during the team's upcoming three-game road trip because Adam Lowry (upper body) won't be an option.
