Grubauer will draw his second start of the season with the Kraken on the second half of a back-to-back. The 32-year-old made 22 saves on 25 shots in Tuesday's season-opening loss against the Blues. Joey Daccord started Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Wild. It remains to be seen whether the two goalies are in a timeshare or if Grubauer will get the majority of starts outside of back-to-back situations.
