Gourde notched an assist and five PIM in Thursday's 6-4 win over the Flyers.
Gourde helped out on a Jordan Eberle tally in the second period. Through five appearances, Gourde has contributed three helpers, two shots on net, five hits and 12 PIM -- he's already fought twice this season. The 32-year-old's opportunities on offense could be limited in a fourth-line role, but that's not as much of a problem when the Kraken have scored 20 goals over their five games while getting contributions all over the lineup.
