Fox netted the Rangers' second goal in the first period, though he was fortunate to score, as Semyon Varlamov's save bounced off an Islanders teammate before going into the net. The star defenseman should play a massive role at both ends of the ice for the Rangers in 2024-25 after notching a career-high 73 points (17 goals, 56 assists) across 72 regular-season contests in 2023-24.
