Rempe was recalled from AHL Hartford on Monday.
Rempe was sent to the AHL on Thursday but will rejoin the Rangers after a brief stint in the minors. The 22-year-old has appeared in just two NHL games to begin the season, recording five hits and a blocked shot while averaging 5:39 of ice time.
