Pitlick (upper body) is back at practice Saturday in a regular jersey, according to Arthur Staple of The Athletic.
Pitlick was injured in the opening stanza in Wednesday's preseason game versus the Devils. The 31-year-old is battling for a bottom-six role with the Rangers after picking up seven goals and 16 points in 61 games with the Blues last season.
