Giroux picked up two assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 6-4 win over Chicago.
Both helpers came in the third period as Ottawa broke open a 3-3 tie. Giroux isn't the offensive force he once was at age 37, but he's still supplying solid production with six goals and 21 points in 34 games, including a goal and six assists on the power play.
