In a wild afternoon affair that saw a combined seven power-play goals between the teams, Norris played hero by giving the Senators their first lead of the game midway through the third period. He followed it up by slipping a puck past Darcy Kuemper in overtime. The goals were his first of the season, and the 25-year-old center has four points in three games as he looks to stay healthy and get back to the form that saw him record 35 goals and 55 points over 66 games in 2021-22.
