Bourgault scored twice in AHL Belleville's 4-3 loss to Laval on Wednesday.
Bourgault hadn't scored in December until Wednesday. He had 10 assists over 10 appearances prior to his two-goal game. Bourgault is having a fantastic year, earning 29 points, 91 shots on net and a minus-11 rating over 33 AHL appearances. He also made his NHL debut Dec. 27, but it's unclear when he'll get his next chance at a call-up.
