Kunin scored a goal on two shots, blocked four shots and added two PIM in Friday's 8-3 loss to the Jets.
The tally was Kunin's first point in five games this season. He's filled a middle-six role, and over the last three contests, he's also picked up power-play time as injuries mount for the Sharks. The 26-year-old forward has added eight shots on net, 13 hits, 10 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating. He's more of a defensive forward, so don't expect him to be a frequent presence on the scoresheet.
