Janne Pesonen: Hangs up skates

Janne Pesonen has retired from hockey, Seth Rorabaugh of TribLive.com reports.Pesonen's NHL career was brief, with the Finn appearing in just seven games for Pittsburgh during the 2008-09 season. He is calling it a career at the age of 38.
